與好友今晚「蠔」一「蠔」,我們比較早到,座位任選。室內燈光效果頗有情調,每張桌子上也綴以小洋燭。對酒類沒有特別喜好,便點了店員介紹的house wine - 2018年 Sauvignon Blanc, 酒體輕盈、喝起來有種清新酸度。點了三款生蠔,順時針起分別是來自美國的Yellow Stone, 南非Rollex 和法國的生蠔。Yellow Stone 蠔身肥厚,爽身滑溜。 Rollex入口帶海水味;法國生蠔則較為扁身,然而亦具餘韻。生蠔濃湯濃稠順滑,湯中有原只生蠔。餐廳附送自家製麵包,熱騰騰新鮮出爐,軟熟麵包蘸上蠔湯,味道一流。羽衣甘藍沙律加入了藜麥和藍莓,南瓜經烤製後,質地較挺身,屬健康之選。炭燒加拿大天然豬鞍外焦內軟,肉汁豐富。椰菜絲和薯蓉墊在豬鞍下,吃畢很有飽肚感。Tiramisu份量足夠2-3人吃,濕潤富酒味。
