今晚泥到灣仔搵食,呢邊餐廳多到數唔到,咩菜式都齊晒。但今晚就決定同老婆食一間名就聽得多,但食就真係未食過既『The Oyster House』試下。去到門口,一排啡色格仔大門,入到裏面,唔算好大,目測坐到30人左右。但裝修整潔,幾有格調。坐低定一定神,望下餐牌,就落單喇。我地今晚order左既有:海鮮頭盤,海膽紅蝦刺身,蟹肉牛油果醬塔,香辣雞翼,周打蜆湯,蠔湯,香烤春雞,Tiramisu頭盤/刺身海鮮頭盤同蝦刺身都好新鮮美味,中意海鮮既朋友一定唔可以錯過。個人覺得特別要食既一定係『日式磯煮鮑魚』同捚『海膽紅蝦刺身』。日式鮑魚個汁調得好好味,令到我幾乎想再叫多隻。至於蝦刺身,蝦本身夠新鮮,配搭埋海膽一啖放入口,係無可比擬既美味。蟹肉牛油果醬塔/香辣雞翼呢個醬塔都係幾唔錯,蟹肉配搭牛油果同埋物製既汁,食落幾清新。至於香辣雞翼,佢唔算好辣,而且廚師將雞翼一分為二,都幾方便進食,唔錯。湯/ 烤雞開始進入主菜環節,食雞之前先飲湯。周打蜆湯相對之下我比較喜歡,唔係蠔湯唔好飲,只不過係用蠔入湯我個人泥講無咁喜歡。烤雞就好juicy,生熟度啱啱好,肉質非常嫩滑,伴碟啲薯仔都幾好食。Tiramisu 最後係甜品喇。開頭我都有啲睇少佢,心稔tiramisu可以有幾特別丫,唔太難食已經滿足。不過一食入口,佢係同其他餐廳有所不同,佢周圍好似多左層類似『吉士』既野,口感幾特別,味道都非常唔錯,有啲驚喜啊。 continue reading

今晚想食生蠔所以立即了解一下邊一間比較好推介…….原來就是它-灣仔這間oyster house生蠔款式有好多款,今次選擇試了這3款!Yellow stone 比較肥美厚肉,海水味偏濃,肉質爽實,蠔味較清淡。Lambert味道豐富,海水味&鮮甜味逐漸散發。Louet Feisser 海水味較淡,肉質飽滿鮮甜味較夠厚身。Kale salad羽衣甘藍南瓜藜麥 - 裏面有新鮮的羽衣甘藍配合了南瓜藜麥 及blueburry。所以這個沙律是非常有益健康。通常有益健康的,味道都不是太好。但這個沙律味道極之豐富好味。 今次選了兩款湯黑松露湯及蠔湯本人第一次嘗試蠔湯。原來是這麼鮮美又很滑溜。 相對黑松露湯就比較清淡一些。所以喜歡蠔湯多過黑松露湯。 香脆雞翼這個不得了⋯⋯本人不喜歡吃雞翼。 但是這個雞翼竟然能夠吃得比我的朋友多。 因為這個雞翼真的很好味呀! 好味之處是用最有肉的位置。 外脆內Juicy帶非常少的辣味。所以食到停唔到口。 巨型大蜆linguine 這個片大約有五粒但係係超巨型好新鮮好甜美。linguine 嘅做法都非常之爽身煙靭。喜歡食linguine 的朋友一定要試下這個意粉。 它是用蒜片炒的。甜品今次是strawberry with crumbleCrumble 本身只吃過Apple Crumble。 原來跟雪糕一起吃的時候味道是不同。另有一番滋味。 整個午餐非常之高質素服務又非常好所以已預訂了和朋友下星期再來chill下 continue reading

嚟到Oyster House,梗係要食返一盤生蠔先啦🤩見到好多食客都係每人一盤‼️我哋叫左3款生蠔👇🏻3款都係我最愛嘅爽脆口感🦪來自日本的「ᴛᴏᴍᴏ」有海水嘅鹹味,鮮甜味尚可,只係有比較之下,另外2款嘅鮮味更突出‼️🦪來自愛爾蘭的「ʟᴏᴜᴇᴛ-ғᴇɪssᴇʀ」呢款鹹水味無咁重,反而令鮮甜味更突出呢款係我最鍾意 🦪來自法國的「sᴇɴᴛɪɴᴇʟʟᴇ」呢款嘅味道層次比較豐富,海水鮮甜味好平均,並帶有少少金屬味,有澎湃嘅ᴀғᴛᴇʀ ᴛᴀsᴛᴇ食完生蠔,再飲新鮮蠔湯,係唔係好豐富呢⁉️蠔湯非常有驚喜質感好濃稠,飲第一啖,有少少抗拒,但當再喺口腔內細味一下,蠔嘅鮮甜味慢慢滲出嚟,真係極力推薦🦐「西班牙蒜片辣椒炒蝦」蝦隻好大隻,肉質好爽口彈牙而蒜片辣汁更加不可或缺,香味四溢!有唔同辣味嘅層次,紅椒嘅辛辣+蒜片嘅香辣ʏᴜᴍ ʏᴜᴍ「香烤法國燒春雞」主菜燒春雞肉質嫩滑多汁,烤到外皮有陣焦香味,而唔係焦燶嘅苦味,師傅控制火候好適中呢間ᴏʏsᴛᴇʀ ʜᴏᴜsᴇ已經係我第幾次嚟幫襯了,仍然保持得好有水準❤️❤️ continue reading
