To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次同一大班朋友去美中鴨子食北京填鴨🦆提提大家一定要早啲去拎位!因為就算係平日去都好多人排隊🚶🏻‍♂️內部裝修有高檔茶樓嘅感覺 座位都非常舒適☺️第一道菜就係無錫灌湯小籠包($60) 小籠包嘅皮好薄 湯汁亦都好濃郁 好味啊🤤之後就係金華火腿鮮菌炒飯($88) 呢個炒飯好有鑊氣 炒得好香 飯粒粒粒分明 但係唔知點解 就食唔到金華火腿😂相對其他菜式就比較普通啦松露醬蘆筍百合炒雞丁($108) 松露味好突出 食落好香終於到咗重頭戲!我哋嗌咗全隻烤北京填鴨($318) 烤鴨皮好脆 忍唔住就想夾多幾塊😂肉都唔差 幾厚實 至於塊皮真係冇得彈 靈魂所在 塊皮好薄 仲有少少咬口 QQ地 加上烤鴨同醬汁 真係好想食多次 哈哈正🤤🤤🤤
