To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前每逢到大閘蟹季節都會到鴻星食大閘蟹套餐🦀，但都有幾年冇食了，今年再次出擊🙌🏻，睇下水準有冇唔同先😙！皇者大閘蟹四位餐$1888（煙鴨胸拼青瓜、鮮拆蟹粉小籠包、蟹肉芙蓉羹、清蒸大閘蟹(兩皇一后) 、杏香炸蟹鉗、紅燒乳鴿兩隻、竹笙杞子浸菜苗、窩心薑茶湯圓、四杯橙汁或汽水) ，另外加福建炒飯和花雕酒。 🔸煙鴨胸拼青瓜～開場先來個鴨胸青瓜🥒，味道正常。 🔸鮮拆蟹粉小籠包🫓 ～夠熱，湯汁飽滿，但蟹粉味淡。 🔸清蒸大閘蟹(兩皇一后)🦀 ～乸比公爆膏得多，公的軟膏黏口軟滑，乸的膏硬身香口和肉身較甜，兩者都有捧場客。 🔸蟹肉芙蓉羹～淡淡地🤏🏻，味道普通。 🔸紅燒乳鴿兩隻～每人半隻，燒得香口入味🤤。 🔸杏香炸蟹鉗～口感方面我比較喜歡用麵包糠炸🤔，蟹鉗啖啖肉夠Q彈。 🔸竹笙杞子浸菜苗～套餐一定會跟碟菜，但我本身不太喜歡吃白菜仔。 🔸福建炒飯～四個人套餐食唔飽🤣，所以點多個福建炒飯。 🔸窩心薑茶湯圓🥣 ～薑味夠濃郁，甜度正常。 🔸花雕酒🍶 ～入口甘香醇厚，大閘蟹都屬於寒涼，所以要飲返幾杯花雕酒祛寒😊。套餐如果可以跟多一個飯或者麵會比較好
