今日(3/5/2025)來旺角飲茶,下午二時多來到,唔駛等位,沒有細枱,三個人,比咗張中枱,好闊落,位置近門口,冷氣足。枱上只有二個茶壼,飲茶吹水,自然好快要加水,服務員加水速度快,服務態度好,上點心速度亦很快,贊。點咗五個點心晶瑩鮮蝦餃,睇個樣都OK啦,食落唔錯蟹籽燒賣皇,好實肉,有咬口鮮蝦菜苗餃,份量足,啱食潮州粉果,無咗香菜,正雞絲粉皮,朋友至愛,胡麻醬味夠,青瓜爽口埋單$239,價錢合理。

碌電話時無意中見到呢個片皮鴨優惠,即刻inbox訂座,回覆速度都好快,真係無諗過而家去普通酒樓食中菜竟然可以用ig的inbox訂位,不過就只限辦公時間先回覆到平日晚上7點,雖然未坐滿人,但已經非常之噪吵😩😩片皮鴨半隻的份量不少,肉質新鮮嫩滑,不得不讚的是包片片鴨的嬤嬤皮,一般半隻片皮鴨只會跟六塊嬤嬤皮,但係佢就跟左超過10塊,最後我哋都食唔晒,另外還配有京蔥、青瓜和乳豬醬呢個係套餐連埋的海味一品煲,有鮑魚、花膠、冬菇和生菜,份量亦不少另外我們加了菠蘿咕嚕肉,欣賞有新鮮菠蘿伴碟,還用心地將菠蘿稍微燒香,這裡的咕嚕肉做法特別,炸粉雖然比平日的較厚,但有酥脆嘅感覺,喜歡酥脆的應該會喜歡還加了這個蜜糖薯仔牛柳粒,薯仔炸得香脆,牛柳粒亦淋滑,配上甜甜嘅蜜糖,好快就比我哋清碟喇😝😝整體的用餐體驗不錯,食物有水準,只是環境較嘈吵

点了四人套餐,除了虾饺和咕噜肉是热的,别的菜都是凉的,甚至蛋白炒饭都是凉的,差点吃吐了🤮。虾饺也是很明显的预制菜,叉烧只有瘦肉而且没有腌制透,里面什么味都没有。烧肉放冷了一股腥味。

一年一度嘅大閘蟹季節又開始,我和家人每年都去鴻星酒家食大閘蟹餐,因為佢的大閘餐貨真價實,大閘蟹膏香肉鮮,公、乸的蟹膏質感不同,但十分香濃。酒樓的環境十分好,其他嘅菜式配搭一流,先有飲品可以揀(可樂或者鮮橙汁),之後就會先嚟一碟小食就係鴨胸會青瓜,再嚟一籠新鮮熱辣的蟹粉小籠包、每人一碗蟹肉翅、鮮蝦炒雜菜、鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉,最後有一個薑汁湯湯圓,以解大閘蟹的寒涼。套餐配搭十分理想,所以每年都要去一次,享受大閘蟹及套餐。😘
