皇牌燒鵝半隻238~燒到皮脆而且肉質嫩滑鬆化!!特別最正係脾位。啖啖肉又有質感!多食幾件都唔會覺油膩。我現在還十分回味燒鵝香的那種感覺。。。太好味了新鮮沙巴龍躉,清蒸加上魚豉油最能表現魚既鮮味魚肉索哂味夠哂軟滑!咁大條沙巴龍躉都係238!! 相當抵食!而且真係夠哂新鮮,沒有 over steam既情況!真係齒頰留香葱花亦不得不提,夠哂清香竹翠銀杏88蚊~銀杏本身的甜來得自然鮮味加上百合,雲耳,西芹這種配搭。非常爽口清甜。
