To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 旺記冰室雖然有幾間分店,但每次都想黎返灣仔依間,可能係情義結,因為第一次食都在灣仔!每次黎到都要等一等位,過左午市時間,等1-2個位都係10-15分鐘左右,都ok,值得等的☺️餐牌上樣樣都想試,但最終都敵唔過皇牌:叉燒滑蛋飯 蛋滑有蛋香又有蛋汁,自家製叉燒加埋甜豉油,成個配搭好好味!而且我好鐘意飲依度既:鮮薑汁奶茶!!出面真係小見!薑味好正唔係得個名,飲落小小辣咁,奶茶香又滑😋所以每次經過灣仔,第1時間都會諗起旺記👍🏻
