今日Patagonia 搬遷大減價,行完街就去咗漢口道嘅上樓餐廳搵嘢食!行完街好肚餓即刻叫咗三碟都係肉!黃金手工蟹波配菠蘿酸忌廉三大粒蟹肉餅,外層炸得酥脆,勁多蟹肉,啖啖肉,口感一流,再加埋菠蘿酸忌廉,味道有啲似沙律醬加菠蘿肉。燒西班牙黑毛豬配蘋果蓉雖然有七成同全熟選擇,我都選擇要全熟。雖然全熟,但肉質依然鮮嫩多汁,近骨的位置,因爲燒得比較香,好好食!脆炸德國鹹豬手配蜜糖芥末汁豬手皮脆卜卜,賣相幾吸引,肉質比較有口感,芥茉醬味道甜甜地,芥茉味不太濃,個人比較偏好,唔夠再叫侍應加多一點醬汁!
