早前朋友食過呢間有情調的餐廳,而且係有酒類飲料,不論happy hour完食野定 晚餐後飲返杯傾計,都可以一次係度做哂,都幾正,今晚同友人仲食到好滿足。凱撒沙律配煙三文魚 $78,估唔到份量滿滿,好多羅馬生菜,仲新鮮爽脆夠凍,個凱撒沙律醬拌得夠均,每啖都好滋味,煙肉粒同麵包粒就偏硬身。不過有兩大片煙三文魚,肥美魚味重,同埋不會太咸,所以配沙律就岩岩好。黑松露薯條 $58,熱辣辣即炸,傳來好香黑松露味,薯仔沾滿松露醬好正,如果有埋蛋黃醬仲正。黃金蟹餅$108,真係好驚喜,超大件炸蟹餅,好有份量可以3-4人分享,絕對抵食,因為好多蟹肉,用料十足。絲絲蟹肉鬆軟綿滑,味道唔算好重,亦無腥味,外層炸衣又薄又香肥,配他他醬一流。仲有燒菠蘿伴菜,味道酸笑可消減膩感。燒安格斯肉眼扒 $318,我地揀左配紅酒汁同五成熟。塊扒都有10oz大大塊,有炒雜菌同原個烤蒜頭。五成熟的粉紅色牛扒,肉質嫩腍仲好易切,食落仲好多肉汁,配紅酒汁味道更惹味,伴綿軟薯蓉味道同樣美味。不過我更喜歡原個烤蒜頭,因為蒜粒烤至軟綿綿,而且冇哂辛辣味,反而好有蒜香,夾埋牛扒食,味道更豐富。特濃咖啡雪糕杯 $58,即係特濃咖啡倒落冰凍雪糕,冷熱之間的口感閃過後,粒粒朱古力的甜美雪糕溶化口中,餘韻的咖啡味慢慢出來,最後係士多啤梨同藍莓清爽多汁的生果結尾,係一款男女都喜歡的甜品。 continue reading

呢晚小妹就相約好友食晚飯,朋友係尖咀放工話想食西餐,之前黎過食晚餐,覺得食物同環境都唔錯,所以就決定帶佢黎encore環境氣氛依舊唔錯,但餐牌就有啲唔同,多左啲新菜式啵呢晚我同好友都牛魔上身,好想食牛,所以我地唔理我地只係兩個女仔都order一份有35安士既 香煎牛肋骨配雜菜$498同 紅花煙三文魚意粉$138先黎既係意粉,粉色既意粉面頭有以煙三文魚捲成既玫瑰花,賣相都幾吸引意粉爽彈唔淋身,個醬汁都幾creamy而且當中仲有唔少煙三文魚添,兩個人share都好足夠跟住就到我地呢晚最期待既牛肋骨啦呢份牛肋骨真係好大份,而且用上慢煮既烹調方式,所以落order之前都知道要等下先有得食但好野真係唔怕等,個牛肋肉燒得剛好,食落肉質嫩腍而香,絕對滿足到我地個晚想食牛既慾望沾上當中帶有微辣既青胡椒汁就更為惹味旁邊仲有蔬菜伴碟,可以稍微平衡下食啖啖肉少不免既膩感不過牛肋骨既份量的確係幾多,所以多幾個人share會更好未食之前我地仲話想食甜品,但呢晚真係食唔落著嚕,謂有等下一次啦 continue reading

星期六放假,黎尖沙咀同男朋友食個brunch 睇下戲🙈兩個人叫左兩set brunch 餐,加一碟小食同一碟主食。✨焗日式芥末芝士蟹棒多士 $78 焗至香脆可口既多士,上面鋪滿蟹棒絲混和住濃濃芥末沙律醬,灑上芝士再焗至金黃色,外脆內軟,啖啖芝士香帶點淡淡芥末味,好正😍✨蜜糖烤半邊春雞配乳脆炸薯條 $158首先,貨真假實真係半邊春雞。其次,春雞灑上蜜糖香草再烤至香脆,皮薄肉嫩,外脆內軟又帶點蜜糖香。 值得一提既係,雞皮好薄,仲一d 都吾油膩tim👍另外,厚切薯條,有口感之餘仲好薯tim😋✨香辣蜆肉意粉 $148用蒜蓉香炒意粉後,條條都好有蒜香味,好入味😍意粉硬度更係恰到好處,不怕好硬。另外,裏面好多蜆肉呀❗️好足料‼️每一口都係又香又辣,岩哂中意食辣既我😋另外,旁邊既小蕃茄都好甜呀🙈✨單骨雞翼 $58醃過既單骨雞翼,特別入味。師傅仲係雞翼最表面灑上牧然粉,令整份單骨雞翼味道提升不少👍P.S. 所有brunch 都包括一杯coffee or tea. 如果要其他drinks 可以加$30.P.S. 行街除左買嘢外,食嘢都係一個重要環節,係附行完最啱搵個地方食埋飯,真係一個唔錯選擇,就去咗呢度開餐可以一邊食一邊傾係餐牌點左幾款人氣美食品嚐,有嘢食當然唔少得飲番杯咁至完美,等左一陣終於有得食先來係招牌小食拼盤,有齊晒雞翼、洋蔥圈、炸蝦同薯條呢D人氣美食,食落最緊要夠香脆咁先至惹味再飲番啖Devil and angel Mocktails ,有朱古力同牛奶飲落特別香滑味濃郁再來輪到有主菜點左係特級安格斯漢堡同埋限量供應煙燻玫瑰豬鞍架,平時食開多數食牛居多,簡唔中食下豬都係一個唔錯選擇,而且仲係煙燻處理真係比較小食到佢,一上枱已見豬鞍份量十足香味四溢,肉質豐厚之餘肉汁亦微微滲出,入口細嫩口感飽滿油脂肥美食落特別滋味,而且每啖都會有玫瑰嘅香味趁熱食就正輪到特級安格斯漢堡,用料十足厚厚安格斯配香嫩煙肉同芝士簡直完美,入口肉質嫩滑食到滿口都係濃郁肉汁,再食埋香脆薯條超值又滿足食左一輪美食後點可以缺少左甜品,點都要食番款先至滿足到食慾,有特濃咖啡雪糕杯,將特濃咖啡分開上,大家按自己份量倒落雪糕上慢慢享用又咁快品嚐完一餐美味料理。 continue reading

平日放假約埋朋友去尖沙咀行街再食晚餐,因為驚尖沙咀好多人好難搵位,一知道放假就plan定晚餐食咩,之前有幾個朋友都推介過一間樓上西餐廳 – Shine,之前想去食,不過個次full booking食唔到,今次一個星期前喺openrice訂到枱。🤪😍喺海港城行完街🛍,就過北京道搵個間餐廳,餐廳喺太子集團中心(地點好方便, 其實喺I Square 隔離),全座大廈有好多唔同餐廳,不過我哋食飯時間去都唔駛等好耐先入到𨋢。Shine 就係呢座大廈嘅6樓,餐廳唔係好大,有bar枱位普通餐枱位。我哋訂咗位,所以唔駛等位就可以入座,我哋被安排咗坐喺bar枱隔離嘅一張二人枱,自成一角,感覺好舒服,私隱度好高。餐廳燈光都偏暗,所以每張枱都有一個電子蠟燭,氣氛都幾好,無論同朋友👭黎食飯傾計,定情侶👫黎食飯,呢個環境都唔錯!由於我唔飲酒嘅關係,我就揀咗杯mocktail🍹,mocktail都好多唔同選擇,諗咗好耐要Mr. Cool 定Party Rock🤔,最後都係決定要Party Rock, 因為本身都唔係好鍾意薄荷味。😛Party Rock – 唔會雪碧味太重,蓋過晒其他嘢,mix得啱啱好🤩黃金蟹餅🦀 – 見好多人都推介呢個,所以諗都無諗就叫呢個啱啱炸起,超級熱,切開咗見到入面滿晒蟹肉份量都幾多,食落去個皮好簿,啖啖都係蟹肉,唔會好似平時食嘅蟹餅mix咗好多配菜👍🏻👍🏻伴碟嘅配菜,應該係蕃茄溝埋黃椒,配埋個sauce, 酸酸甜甜,好開胃,食完咁大塊蟹餅之後食埋個個配菜,即刻無咁滯。水牛城雞翼 – 上菜已經feel到熱辣辣,雞翼炸到脆卜卜,配埋個D醬,少少辣,好惹味🤤🤤D醬啱啱好,唔好太濃味。同行朋友唔係好食得辣嘢,佢唔要咁多醬都食到。D醬好味到連伴碟嘅菜都食埋。黑松露大啡菇意大利飯🍄 – 一黎已經聞到好香嘅黑松露味,原隻大啡菇放係面,先食一啖大啡菇,好juicy呀!個飯好creamy,  除咗大啡菇,仲有好多雜菌,根本上每一啖飯都食到菇。燒安格斯肉眼扒 (7成熟)🐮- 燒得好靚,切開黎睇入面仲係粉紅色,揀咗紅酒燒汁,不過決定試一舊唔點汁嘅,牛味好濃郁,肉質好嫩。之後試下點汁食,個汁唔會太濃蓋過個牛味,啱啱好!有好多唔同配菜,薯仔、菜、盧筍、同埋重點 ---- 焗蒜頭!😏😏焗得啱啱好,配埋舊牛食一流。牛扒除咗燒汁,仲有可以揀配青胡椒汁,好似幾特別,下次可以試呢個汁。😋😚整體感覺好好,環境舒服,食物選擇多又好味,服務良好,不過下次想食一定要記得早D book枱!😅 continue reading
