To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上午11:30全店座位8成滿,帶位話要搭枱,我無所謂只係平和咁講左句點心唔夠位放,佢即刻好激動咁大聲話「點會唔夠位擺!你叫少D就擺到!」坐我附近三枱都係大陸客,見唔到香港人,落完單坐低10分鐘一直無上茶,但眼見全店起碼9個綠衫女職員游來游去,要叫人先有茶上,但茶壺明顯無洗,直接倒舊茶,直接加滾水直接送上枱比人飲9個點心連茶位無加一99元,地點奧海城,所以算平價,味道中上
