久仰Chef La Mon 大名,其實add 左呢間以蒜做主打16 shell 係我to go list 已久, 今晚終於出發試試Le mon Chef 餐廳.做過功課,呢道黑蒜法包 $70係必叫. 食落果然帶好香蒜味,中間包軟腍帶點微微甜度,真係幾好食白酒煮蜆$130 份量唔少,滿滿一大碟數十隻,食完我同fd 碟都堆滿殼. 蜆量多不過都幾細隻,唔算好新鮮不過都無沙. 調味同樣以蒜做主調,以白酒煮過多一重香味,味道幾濃郁. order 左兩杯 cocktails 味道都很不錯Mojito $75, Rum 同soda做base, 加上fresh lime 同mint leaves 所以好清爽,一入口沖走哂蒜濃重味道,好搭今晚dinner meals另一杯order 左 Caffeine Chocolate $75Vodka, Chocolate milk, Kahlua 咖啡酒. 一碰上手原來係暖暖. 第一次飲熱cocktails. 味道以chocolate milk 為主調,飲入口幾香幾溫暖choc 味,但過後有Vodka 過喉嚨同胃灼熱暖胃感覺. coffee Kahlua 味反而

Vodka, Chocolate milk, Kahlua 咖啡酒. 一碰上手原來係暖暖. 第一次飲熱cocktails. 味道以chocolate milk 為主調,飲入口幾香幾溫暖choc 味,但過後有Vodka 過喉嚨同胃灼熱暖胃感覺. coffee Kahlua 味反而比較弱唔點飲得出.

可能因為即焗需時,上主菜都等左差不多20mins. 呢度酥皮黑松露pizza $160 即焗起,一邊好酥脆而且帶牛油香. 中間有black truffle and cheese 煮雜菇,同buttery 酥餅底好match.

另外仲有加上我最愛rocket leaves, 其特有芝麻香減少左整份pizza 膩度一點. 不過呢道pizza 真係要好快食,因為放左一陣子好快酥皮就會變腍,整份口感就會差好多

最後係Olio styles 炸蒜香雞肉spaghetti $150, Topping 鋪滿滿滿炸蒜頭粒. 一上黎已經聞到好香濃蒜香. pasta 其實只係簡單以olive oil 同少少鹽作簡單基本調味,所以味道會偏淡,但當要mix 上topping炸過蒜碎,味道同香味就會豐富番.

環境都幾cozy, 燈光略帶點微暗.
整體味道還可以,無想像中驚艷,cocktails 意外地還不錯
