今日要去炮台山交一交文件,作為新界人,其實真係好難會嚟到呢一區,好彩有朋友喺附近返工,可以順便約埋佢食飯,感覺先好似不枉此行佢帶咗我黎蜆殼街,我覺得個名好搞笑,咁岩附近又真係有Shell油站其實佢個招牌唔係好睇得到,可能冇着燈嘅關係啦,喺佢對面有一間藍色門面裝修嘅西餐廳,對比起來,其實佢真係好唔起眼呢間餐廳原本我當佢普通西餐,環境真係同一間普通西式小店冇分別,唯獨係掛咗好多張相,望真啲原來有謝霆鋒個樣後來喺點餐嘅時候,朋友先同我講咗一樣野,就係原來呢間餐廳,謝霆鋒有份設計Menu我地叫左幾款食物share~.黑炭黑蒜包 $70呢個係朋友真心強烈要求話要食,上枱嗰一刻係幾香蒜蓉味嘅,但睇落黑蚊蚊,最多咪當佢竹炭麵包咁樣食?心諗有乜嘢咁特別。。。點知食落,除咗蒜蓉味,竟然係甜甜地!我印象中我試過成粒黑蒜就咁食,而呢一個甜甜地嘅感覺似曾相識,所以我肯定佢係由黑蒜磨出黎嘅蒜蓉!嗰一刻真係覺得好有創意好特別而且包嘅份量一啲都唔小,每塊包都厚切,好大塊!條邊烘到脆卜卜,中間因為搽咗蒜蓉,所以變咗腍身,冇辦法烘得脆但係正因為咁所以吸收晒黑蒜蒜蓉嘅味道.蕃茄水牛芝士沙律 $100呢個沙律我已經係唔小餐廳食過無數次,係超級鍾意食,因為鍾意水牛芝士嗰種煙煙韌韌又唔係溶晒嘅口感,呢個菜嘅技巧其實就只係切蕃茄同埋水牛芝士,正常黎講番茄只要新鮮,水牛芝士冇變壞都唔會整得難食;但係好少餐廳會得到突破,呢間餐廳比左我一個好深嘅印象,因為佢用嘅蕃茄係屬於比較大個,比較鮮甜品種嘅蕃茄,食物唔會起沙,水牛芝士切得好厚好足料,完全係貨真價實不過如果你再問我意見,我會覺得唔好浪費左佢地既心機,可以加啲合桃碎特別做伴碟,再增加口感.炸蒜頭香煎三文魚欖油意粉 $179一堆炸蒜頭山好吸睛因為我其實係一個蒜頭怪,呢個意粉份量都十足,完全係夠兩個人黎食乜都唔叫,淨係食呢個意粉都會飽七成面頭啲炸蒜唔會炸到黑晒,我覺得呢個係值得讚賞,因為當蒜頭切到好細粒其實好容易炸燶,食落脆卜卜好香口;香煎三文魚比手掌要大!佢冇煎到過咗龍;意粉似係用欖油炒,其實真係好簡單冇乜花巧,就係因為簡單嘅方法配上炸蒜食,其實味道簡單又突出,係最好食嘅方法!意粉同時吸左三文魚自己本身嘅魚油。不過真係略嫌呢個意粉油左少少。.虎蝦奶油忌廉意粉 $1692大隻虎蝦睇落好多肉我地一黎就已經ko左隻蝦,跟住就得返淨食意粉個意粉唔dry,好食到我覺得比一碟淨意粉我都食得晒好creamy!食到好重奶油味,其實絕對知道肥,但出奇地唔膩有少少甜,所以又有少少似甜忌廉煮意粉,我鍾意另外要提!佢地係用扁意粉,比較挺身,同埋吸汁.Drink Menu除左普通咖啡,果汁,仲有酒飲!放工黎呢到同同事chill out下應該好有feel熱latte $40 Lemonade $45朋友要返工,提一提神,叫左杯latte。真無諗過小型西餐廳都會有咖啡拉花,仲要係幾靚偷飲左佢一口,佢既咖啡豆唔係極回甘個種,好濃,我飲唔出係咪好既品種,不過絕岩我口味,奶就唔係好滑,但呢杯咖啡都配得上$40我認知既lemonade係透明梳打水咁既顏色,呢到用左玻璃瓶裝,感覺好似高級左,似貴價超市先買到個d。佢係橙黃色,無汽泡,同我想像既有出入,不過即管試下。會飲到d檸檬味,唔太酸,估計再落左橙汁落去balance返個酸度,極體感覺好舒服,飲晒都唔會太甜.睇電視見到謝霆鋒又亂灑鹽,亂落糖,人人話佢無料扮有料。呢次食過,我既感覺係其實佢既浮誇性格,係令到佢有大膽創新既要點,佢既創作,絕唔係天花龍鳯,而係入型入格,謝霆鋒的專屬浪漫。 continue reading

友人呢排係咁追看霆鋒嘅烹飪節目, 一路睇佢chock, 一路對住D食物係咁話好想食呀, 比佢係網上search到呢間餐廳同Chef Le Mon有D關係餐廳內掛滿明星合照, 其中有霆鋒嘅出現, 友人當堂心心眼mode食物未到, 先叫杯Cocktails飲下先對Mojito ($75)有一份鍾情, 喜愛佢入口清新, 滿滿薄荷葉加上青檸, 再有rum酒獨有味道, 呢杯符合到我嘅要求!呢客黑碳麵飽 ($70) (話係Chef Le Mon設計)係呢度都幾受歡迎, 目測差唔多每枱都有點烘至脆口, 飽芯食落頗軟身, 味道除左有蒜香味外仲多一份甜味, 即使無用餐湯伴食, 單食都唔錯喎!外貌可愛嘅係呢客焗芝士甜椒釀磨菇 ($70), 每隻大細唔同, 中間釀入甜椒碎再係上面加層芝士拎去焗!甜椒醉令味道多一份甜味, 磨菇入口多汁, 一啖一隻岩岩好!呢客黑松露帶子意大利飯 ($190), 當"黑"與"白"遇上, 賣相帶點奢華感!帶子體積唔細隻, 煎到外脆內嫩, 成隻厚度食起黎夠晒口感!意大利飯撈勻黑松露後, 成碟飯當堂充滿佢嘅獨有香味, 而飯粒唔會感到食緊"半生米", 個醬汁味道恰到好處!時令推介有呢客三文魚子蟹籽意大利粉 ($180), 賣相顏色吸引, 食材簡單但味道唔簡單!三文魚子嘅咸香味, 蟹籽嘅卜卜脆口感, 而個意大利粉食落香滑, 似落左忌廉一齊煮, 味道香甜, 每條意大利粉都被呢個"隱形"醬汁所包圍, 好味道!雖然未能有機會係到遇見Chef Le Mon, 但食到佢設計嘅食物, 友人都收晒貨啦! continue reading

與朋友聚舊,無意中找到呢間小店,發現店主是某新晉廚神,帶著好奇心和少少期望去試吓講番食物,我哋點咗店裡嘅Signature dishes:黑炭蒜蓉包🍞、油煎雞脾🍗肉同蝦🦐、松露酥皮薄餅🍕、重有白酒煮蜆🐚。甜品有Tiramisu 同檸檬蛋白撻🍰。整餐食物ok, 不太好也不太差,但價錢略為高咗d。小店在一條不太旺的小食街,當日是平日晚上,由到果刻到離開的時候,都係得我哋一枱客,静静傾計一流。店得一位年青員工,可能無客,9:30pm已提我哋埋單,可能想早d收舖(?)。 continue reading

甚少去到天后咁遠 但有好野冇理由唔試下仲要係Chef Nic 幫忙Design 既Menu 16 Shell 顧名思義係峴殼街16號 簡單易記門口有兩張簡約台櫈 同埋狗狗黎一流裡面唔算大 但全深色裝潢令人感到Modern 簡單所有擺設都非常整齊 既簡單望落又舒服講到明咩香料都唔加 用Olive oil 同埋Garlic 調味田螺焗薯蓉 而家少左好多餐廳有田螺食 明明以前既西式餐廳 扒房必有16 shell 既田螺有先調了味 焗了之後裡面仲有少許水份 調味加上田螺既鮮味 非常juicy 焗蘑菇 焗得唔好又太乾 太多芝士又太膩但16 shell既焗菇剛剛好 味道同火候都盡顯功架切開入面仲好濕潤 菇既味道加上配料好配合大蝦意大利麵大蝦非常彈牙 蝦味濃郁 證明大蝦非常新鮮大廚非常有心地除去蝦腸 非常細心白酒青口意粉再食16 shell 既海鮮 顯得佢地既食材非常新鮮青口好鮮味之餘 仲食到微微既海水鹹味每一啖意粉都充滿白酒味 同青口鮮味心誠意滿分 價錢仲非常公道 👍🏼👍🏼值得再黎 continue reading
