To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 灣仔道又長又多人,沖沖忙忙終於趕到同朋友約定的地點。由樓下樓梯位開始已感受到懷舊氣氛,同沿途感覺大不同。地下用舊式玻璃窗大門,樓梯係舊式紙皮石舖,招牌燈箱顏色好夾唐樓既原設計。行樓梯上到去餐廳,未入去已經擺放左好有心思既擺設,手握既門把係用舊式電話筒,大門係舊式木門,有懷舊既鏡,長長綠色既門簾,懷舊款式水壺插滿乾花,就如置身花樣年華既電影場景同年代。正正店內有咁多由台灣既舊物同每枱擺放的杯碟碗筷都有人思,令一班朋友無論我我趕黎同等食物上枱都比平時更有耐性。因為等既期間我地睇返已影左100張相,可能係等待令食物更好味,今次叫左好送飯左三杯雞,但由於冇叫飯,所以覺得咸左D。另外重食左蝦同牛肉麵。當然重點已落係影相上。
