Restaurant: 容記小菜王

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前係廣告都見過好幾次呢間,每次上到黎openrice睇,都有讚有彈,所以果時望過就算數,不過前果排我約班fd出黎食晚果陣,有好落力咁推介呢間容記,於是我地一行4個就訂好位,上黎試下;入到去大堂,要坐電梯去2樓,飯堂燈光明亮,環境都唔錯;個侍應帶我地到卡位落座,感覺四周圍都幾乾淨,可以比4分(5分滿);然後食物方面,我地叫左幾個小菜,包括有佢地出名既燒味,其中令我印象最深刻,就係個”鮮蝦餅”,蝦味十足,炸得惹味之餘,而且咬落口感真係好,食得出係有落足料;到最尾埋單果陣,每人都係二百蚊有找,食物同環境都對得住個價錢,食左無後悔!
