To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今個weekend 初次到訪歐陸藍白小屋，西營盤用心小店。呢度位置喺水街，餐廳門口可以泊車，小店雖然睇落細細間，但係入邊座位都好寬敞坐得好舒服唔想走。巴馬火腿 水牛芝士 蜜瓜 $138 唔使食，淨係睇都覺得好靚好開心。個presentation 靚到Dom 一聲！鹹香的Parma ham 配搭口感柔軟的芝士和香甜的蜜瓜 蕃茄牛肉雜菜湯 (in lunch set ) 餐湯擺碟都好靚！呢個蕃茄牛肉湯有好多牛肉碎，牛肉同蕃茄味香濃焦糖菠蘿雞扒漢堡 $178菠蘿酸酸甜甜，配搭雞扒 ，一口咬落去啲醬汁juicy 到吱晒出嚟法式芝士蘑菇焗龍蝦意大利飯 $268呢個risotto 超級好食，芝士蘑菇味好濃 ，整個飯嘅感覺好rich & creamy，配搭龍蝦肉，簡直係100 分雜莓意大利奶凍 $68 唔係講笑，平時唔係咁鍾意食甜品嘅我，食過其他餐廳嘅panna cotta，通常淨係會試一啖。但係呢度呢個奶凍真係好好味。表面有大量雜莓，朱古力碎碎，莓醬 ，口感超正！下次都想來試吓佢哋好靚嘅蘋果批同埋海膽意粉！
