星期五嘅晚上,去到銅鑼灣嘅心之食堂,第一時間當然要食下呢度嘅壽司啦,夠晒創意,將唔同原素融合一齊,富口感嘅蟹籽跟甜蛋組合成新鮮嘅配搭,吞拿魚跟京蔥又係清新無比!鐵版系列,火餡串燒牛,賣相唔單止搶眼之外,味道仲一流,肉汁非常之多,牛香味又夠濃。黑松露元貝,元貝厚身而鮮味足,配以香氣陣陣撲鼻嘅黑松露,味道更高一層。汁燒白膳,燒得白膳皮脆,但又唔會破壞膳肉嘅質感。加上心形大阪燒,配上即炸嘅麵底,口感確實一流。
