"心之食堂"之前聽朋友介紹過。似居酒屋食串燒。刺身。適合同朋友聚會。傾計同朋友耐無見。要聚聚感覺舒服。一出lift就有一連串和風佈置我個人幾中意吊燈,好特別~帆立貝刺身 ($38)幾新鮮,一啖一隻。好爽中間有青瓜。所以味道上會較清新加上張小木枱好得意甜蝦刺身 ($38)而甜蝦就好似4隻排排坐在櫈仔上芝士他他炸蝦 ($58) 咖哩薯餅 ($33)芝士加他他醬幾夾。無單單食芝士甘流。咖哩薯餅幾抵食芝士炸雞 ($58)芝士味唔太出。一開始上菜芝士仲可以拉絲所以要盡快食先得燒雞皮 ($38) 燒雞軟骨 ($38)燒雞皮唔多地方有得食, 幾特別雞軟骨正~我好中意食!加上個價格上比一般居酒屋平~燒鯖魚飯 ($68)主食分量好足夠如果叫食一個飯都算平豬軟骨烏冬 ($48)豬軟骨可以再淋少少會更好味道上所以我地兩個人食到好飽 continue reading

今日喺銅鑼灣放工,行到去耀華街搵嘢食。見到百樂中心有好多餐廳,竟然俾我哋搵到一間隱世嘅日本餐廳叫心之食堂。呢間餐廳價錢合理,質素高,非常值得推介俾大家。我地去到嘅時候係八點幾,個場都幾full。不過餐廳有電話預約服務,如果唔想等位,可以打電話去book。餐廳嘅裝修好簡單,唔會好似一般日本餐廳嘅日本風格。牆上面有好多裝飾品,過住啲柔和嘅音樂,感覺好舒服。我地兩個人唔係好肚餓所以叫咗好少野食。令我最驚喜嘅菜式係帶子夾鵝肝,帶子望落肉色要粉嫩有光澤、帶子肉紋理清晰同食落鮮甜有彈性同爽口。鵝肝表面較脆,有香郁細嫩口感,味道不俗。鵝肝同帶子夾埋,竟然有意外驚喜,口感豐富。吞拿魚串嘅肉質較為堅硬、含豐富魚油,油脂甘香,佢用嘅器皿都好得意。而炸芋圓都係一試難忘!好味!外層光滑,有酥脆嘅皮,咬一啖,內裡煙韌。煙韌控必試呀!仲有食咗一個好特別嘅魚生飯,唔講佢嘅味道先,外型都夠晒吸引。個飯竟然係心型㗎,襯返餐廳個名。刺身嘅份量都好多,有三文魚、吞拿魚、八爪魚等等;啲飯亦都粒粒分明。呢個係必試嘅菜式,影相都夠晒靚啦。飲品我就簡簡單單叫咗個$18嘅雪碧。下次想去人食日本菜可以試吓心之食堂。 continue reading

夜晚收工之後想揾宵夜食,最啱就係去食日本串燒再加杯嘢飲!係OpenRice見到呢間心之食堂好似幾高comments,就即刻去試下啦!一上到去門口好多花花,好似啲日式小店咁,我自己就好鍾意呢類型嘅店鋪,因為小店總係帶俾人特有嘅親切感!因為全日淨係食左個早餐,所以夜晚收工都叫左幾多嘢食!不過樣樣都好味,樣樣都夠哂特別!我哋兩個人平均食左$250倒,最令我難忘嘅就係打頭陣上嘅刺身,因為啲三文魚會用一張mini版嘅枱仔裝住,塊塊都又厚肉又新鮮,真係食落都好滿足!而我覺得另外一款帆立貝刺身亦都係必食嘅,大大嚿真係食得出個種鮮味,加埋少少黑松露係上面,完全係一個刺身盛,今次就係用櫈仔裝住,最啱鍾意相機食先嘅朋友!不過我最期待嘅都係燒物,見到上網好多朋友都話個心之火焰牛柳串好得意,我哋都叫左,店員會係你面前加啲火上去,啲牛柳串連住青椒、紅椒,真係未食都覺得好味,食落就好多啲牛柳粒好淋,亦都好入味。其他燒物,好似雞軟骨、燒雞翼都有水準。飲品方面就叫左杯藍蝶花白桃乳酸,我自己覺得呢杯嘢飲好治癒,顏色又特別!店主用心製作,所以下次有機會都會再去的!最後,真的要感謝有心思既心之食堂,我地坐嘅位真係勁體貼竟然有差電位!!!咁我影幾多張相都唔怕無電啦!!! continue reading

已經第二次光顧這餐廳了,仍是覺得它是香港地少有的創意餐廳。日式餐廳大多大同小異,但這餐廳的菜式看得出花了不少心思。火焰串燒,看見餐牌88元覺得挺貴,但其實想想也挺值得,有得看火焰表演,串燒亦挺大串,而且底下還有菠蘿、薯角。黑椒牛柳很嫩口,而且厚身。厚厚菠蘿和薯角都很香口。心心三文魚魚生飯,玫瑰花形生姜,連芥末都是心形。外形滿分但味道一般。說是火灸,但只是表面輕烤。底層的粉紅色碎很甜,味覺有點怪怪的。邪惡包,原價六十,特價三十,帶子包鵝肝,。帶子爽脆,鵝肝肥美,再加上紫菜香脆口感,無得輸!帶子厚肉,鵝肝肥美,想起都想再食!三層口感一咬而下。吞拿魚卷感覺新鮮,吃下沒有腥味。友人本來想點胡椒豬肚蜆肉湯,但原來這烏冬的湯底跟它意外地相似,一舉兩得!不過豬軟骨偏硬,不是淋身,可憐我這老人牙齒咬不動。沙律炸蝦芝士,挺特別的前菜,味道不錯,香脆可口。最後是這餐亮點!炸芋頭球。外層非常煙韌,內裏香口芋蓉。 continue reading

同朋友係耀華街飲完酒後佢話想食下啲日式小食,就帶左我黎心之食堂已經係晚上10點幾,但餐廳仲有好多食客事不宜遲,立即叫野食海膽刺身58蚊有兩大舊,海膽都幾新鮮,容易夾起。味道鮮甜,入口即溶。夾埋紫菜食味道唔錯三文魚刺身比平時食到既厚身。非常鮮甜,應該係魚腩部份,好多油脂,食落口好滑好juicy另外,刺身晚wasabi好夠辣,點刺身真係一流!鐵板豆腐即叫即製拎上檯時仲滾緊豆腐都幾滑,配以燒汁,好有日式風味。秋葵刺身沙律我最鐘意就係呢個!沙律汁係胡麻醬,秋葵切片易入口容易食,刺身就有三文魚,吞拿魚,八爪魚等,成個沙律好新鮮味道好夾,好好味味淋魚干魚干吸收晒味淋既味道,酸酸甜甜好好食。呢度魚干唔會燒到太乾身,易咬好多。最後仲order左啲串燒:鹽燒雞翼串燒等左頗長時間,可能因為係即叫即製。燒到好似炸既一樣,夠乾身,無雪藏味。而且鹽度岩岩好,加埋檸檬汁就更惹味雞皮 雞軟骨香港好少地邊食到雞皮。呢度既雞皮燒到卜卜脆,好似食緊薯片甘,用黎送酒真無一流!雞軟骨雖然買點係軟骨位,但都食到好多雞肉,咬落有雞肉既較,軟骨既脆,好有口感估唔到銅鑼灣會有間甘踏實既居酒屋,沒有華麗裝修,但有有質素既食物,值得推介! continue reading
