潮州人當然要食潮州野,這間位於太子的餐廳,他們的潮州菜都好正,而且裝修好有古色古香的感覺,十分適合跟長輩一齊來!餐牌有多款潮州菜式可以選擇,連甜品同飲品都有!生醃膏蟹,平時食韓國醬油蟹就多,今次第一次食潮州菜的生醃蟹!他們的蟹用上膏蟹,每份蟹都有膏,而且係爆膏,加上蒜蓉和辣椒,食落非常香口又惹味!魚露浸花甲,花甲都幾大粒,而且肉都好脹卜卜,能夠食到花甲的鮮甜味,好正!鵝三寶,鵝三寶分別是鵝肝、鵝腸和鵝肉,鵝肝食落爽身,不會好像西式的鵝肝,反而口感更正!鵝腸爽口,有淡淡的滷水味!鵝肉味道濃郁,鵝肉不會好鞋口,味道不錯!老藥桔,老藥桔有點像咸柑桔,雖然顏色好黑不討好,但飲落令喉嚨好舒服,暖暖地咁飲好唔錯!
