朋友生日,決定去食潮州菜。不過星期日食就要比較趕,因為間飯店星期日要做兩輪生意,兩小時內要交枱。魚露浸花甲,很鮮甜美味,不會太鹹 。鹵水鵝片, 一貫高水準之作!鹵水墨魚,厚薄剛剛好,很鮮甜。不會被滷水味道蓋過。土肉苦瓜煲,苦瓜很淋,沒有渣。汁水可以當湯飲厚菇芥菜煲,非常好味的大芥菜。啲菇好厚,好好肉。煎蠔餅,今次啲蠔仔一般,唔係好大隻。椒鹽鮮魷,啲炸漿很薄,很脆,一流!叫咗啲家常小菜,所以不貴。如果叫海鮮就不是這樣的價錢

煎𤐶烙,是油炸,不是煎,外層脆口,但食吾到𤐶仔….

總括來說,價錢方面,有點貴⋯⋯

好少去吃潮州菜,因為多數系打冷,今次朋友生日話去一間三級歷史活化建築內吃潮州菜,感覺又幾新鮮😎。這食店地方不大,分兩層,沿古色樓梯上了二樓,環境雅緻,有很多掛畫和特色擺設,露台雅座更給人古色古香的情懐整體食物水準平均,本人比較喜歡豬生腸,很爽脆,煎蠔餅也很香口,芋頭焗飯第一次食,炒得好亁身,不錯👍🏻,芋頭味和蛋香很夾!另乾貝春菜煲也是潮州特色菜之一,我朋友系潮州人,他說這菜很難做但讚這店做得合格,其實是把芥菜炒完再煮,少少酸幾特別。最後我們吃了綠豆爽糖水,味道一般,不太甜啱我✌🏻值得一讃系這𥚃设有限時,枱與枱之間空間寬敞,服務員態度也很好,亦不時換餐具🍴,這裡除了樓梯還有電梯,非常貼心老人家喁❤️

整體食物水準平均,本人比較喜歡豬生腸,很爽脆,煎蠔餅也很香口,芋頭焗飯第一次食,炒得好亁身,不錯👍🏻,芋頭味和蛋香很夾!另乾貝春菜煲也是潮州特色菜之一,我朋友系潮州人,他說這菜很難做但讚這店做得合格,其實是把芥菜炒完再煮,少少酸幾特別。最後我們吃了綠豆爽糖水,味道一般,不太甜啱我✌🏻

潮式月餅,由餅皮、切皮和包餡都是全人手製作🤚🏻,功藝非凡,很考師傅手勢呢😳!! 禮盒有𝟒款口味,分別是 又甜又鹹的蛋黃烏豆沙、香甜的蛋黃綠豆沙、潮州人最愛的蛋黃芋泥 及 傳統雙拼的烏豆和糖冬瓜😝,全部都好特別呀~

月餅酥皮好鬆化,內餡也𣎴會過甜。對比起奶黄月和蓮蓉月餅,我更愛我比較少吃的潮式月餅(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)。當中我最推介綿密的芋泥口味哦🩷!!!

只要購買兩盒月餅,即送花生糖禮盒🥜。又香又脆,睇戲食一流呢~

幾年無嚟過食,環境及服務都無變,唯一食物質素好似差咗。食物:蘿蔔乾豬肚湯失望係因為有期望,色水及味道都淡咗,記得之前飲味道好濃,十足十媽媽煲足料老火蘿蔔乾湯友人就分別叫咗胡椒豬肚湯及海螺湯無試味,所以無評論鵝片滷水味香但肉有點鞋鵝蛋好大隻,比普通食開嘅大咗一倍,可惜蛋白奀皮蛋黃唔夠香川椒雞雞肉及味道都還可以,碟邊炸葉唔脆係一d都唔脆,疑似炸起咗一段時間吸番晒d入去炸雙棗蝦棗質感可以,但蝦味唔濃蟹棗好食d,有蟹味冬菇芥菜煲OK,可能季節性問題,芥菜有點苦潮州炒魚麵味道可以,但唐芹太多蓋過咗魚味,最特別係用長方形魚片,切到一條條幼過筷子size炒出嚟甜品:當然唔少得反沙芋啦,芋頭香,中間軟硬適中總結:短時間內都唔會再嚟,有代提升回復以前食物質素。
