生日第2擊,重臨這家以生蠔為主打的餐廳。 先來一個海鮮頭盤,生蠔點了南非 Rollex,France Sentinelle no. 2 ,再加我最愛的鮮海膽阿根廷紅蝦刺身。生蠔當然不用多說,鮮。甜。美!個人較喜歡南非Rollex, 更肥美可口一點。 阿根廷紅蝦的爽口加上海膽的鮮味,兩層口感口內迴旋,滿足了我對海鮮的追求。 香炸西班牙帕德籠椒 - 炸得香口,又不會太油膩,櫻花蝦碎鋪在面上,吊出一些鮮味,作為小食很不錯。 西班牙火腿焗磨菇 - 內有牛肝菌和黑毛豬火腿,牛肝菌香再加上蘑菇的juicy,入口爆汁帶點咸香,配撘得十分好。 鮮蠔濃湯 - 濃郁的蠔味,非常creamy,內裡還有一隻蠔,喜歡蠔和熱湯的朋友不要錯過。 黑松露野菌忌廉湯 - 黑松露又另一番香濃,重重的野菌味帶出幽幽的黑松露味,兩款湯各有特式。 香煎紐西蘭三文魚扒 - 三文魚含豐富Omega 3,老公十分喜愛,外皮煎得香脆,內裡還很juicy。 最後當然要來一個甜點 - 香蕉拖肥批,很喜歡拖肥配香蕉,覺得它們的味道是絕配,兩個甜味互相輝映,份量也多,滿足了我們倆口子的胃口。
