To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚完全為左呢個店名而來 Dim Sum Library 喎 相信要供應到各種各類甚至從未認識嘅點心果然幾有趣😎呢款擔擔湯包,聞其名都略知材料係乜 但佢地可以將整碗味道放喺一隻小籠包身上都幾犀利 連個外皮都帶辣味 好過癮。珊瑚星斑餃係第二趣:腦海中以為類似魚肉餃亮相,原來真係成件斑塊上 由水晶菜餃墊底🤔同朋友一致認為兩樣雖然放埋一齊仍似個體戶,配搭新意但擦不出火花🔕左:黑椒和牛酥-本身鍾意食蘿蔔絲蘇餅嘅我都幾鍾意呢個點心 哈 有啲似麵包鋪嘅黑椒牛肉包 但外皮更鬆脆💥右:鵝肝芋巢-不過不失 味道幾好只不過鵝肝較少🙈留意到呢度服務幾細心😌 另外黑色佈置得黎燈光調節得好好 會想再坐耐啲食埋甜品...
