午膳時間與同事到銅鑼灣共食,順道買點東西。為把握時間,就近在商場的餐廳用膳。名館開業於希慎廣場 14 樓,餐桌擺位寬敞。一行二人點了一份午市商務套餐及散點一客鮮蝦紅白米炒飯。先來一盅黑蒜燉螺頭燉湯,以原盅湯盅蒸燉,火喉足,湯料甚豐。黑蒜經燉煮後大體已溶於湯中,只留下香甜味道。螺頭味甜又唔韌,以湯料來說算上好吃。除黑蒜及螺頭外,更有大量雞肉及瘦肉作湯料,湯汁味道濃郁。點心鮮肉一口小籠包,皮薄肉滑,湯量合理,建議稍稍減少食鹽調味更佳。小食風味口水雞,麻辣汁重香輕辣,雞件肉質挺嫩。倘若多加花生芝麻引味更合意。小菜原切叉燒皇,選材半肥瘦,肉質鬆軟,蜜味頗濃。灼菜高湯灼菜遠,菜心用料翠綠但未算很嫩口,普通喇。主食鮮蝦紅白米炒飯,雖然當中加入了紅米,但也算炒得油潤香口。而粟米粒的引入亦為飯品添上一份甜味。鮮蝦大小數量合理,口感彈牙味道不俗。整體而言,餐廳的用餐環境與食物皆不錯,唯一建議略減調味份量,因筆者飯後也有少許口渴之感。
