原本一心諗住去食嗰個麻雀嘅甜品,點知係Menu搵極都搵唔到,跟住唯有叫咗第二啲嘢食。叫咗個脆皮炸鮮奶,如果佢油嘅味道冇咁重其實佢都幾好食,我叫咗盅鱷魚湯,好清甜好飲。叫咗一碟酸菜魚,出奇地好食,我以為食呢啲菜要北上先食到果隻味,原來唔洗,我係銅鑼灣都食到,我哋仲帶咗水煮牛肉,不過唔記得影相,水煮牛肉裏面嘅材料好豐富好似打邊爐咁,味道就一般啦,冇酸菜魚咁好食,叫咗一籠小籠包,因為裏面啲豬肉餡有加埋蔥包,所以唔啱我口味,我哋仲叫咗個唔知咩上湯魚腐,點知食極都冇魚腐只有魚蛋,我哋問個經理,佢話原來個Menu打錯字,應該係上湯浸魚蛋,但係我哋唔問佢哋都唔講,呢啲事情唔係應該要係落單時通知個客人咩?

原本一心諗住去食嗰個麻雀嘅甜品,點知係Menu搵極都搵唔到,跟住唯有叫咗第二啲嘢食。叫咗個脆皮炸鮮奶,如果佢油嘅味道冇咁重其實佢都幾好食,我叫咗盅鱷魚湯,好清甜好飲。叫咗一碟酸菜魚,出奇地好食,我以為食呢啲菜要北上先食到果隻味,原來唔洗,我係銅鑼灣都食到,我哋仲帶咗水煮牛肉,不過唔記得影相,水煮牛肉裏面嘅材料好豐富好似打邊爐咁,味道就一般啦,冇酸菜魚咁好食,叫咗一籠小籠包,因為裏面啲豬肉餡有加埋蔥包,所以唔啱我口味,我哋仲叫咗個唔知咩上湯魚腐,點知食極都冇魚腐只有魚蛋,我哋問個經理,佢話原來個Menu打錯字,應該係上湯浸魚蛋,但係我哋唔問佢哋都唔講,呢啲事情唔係應該要係落單時通知個客人咩?

百里香雪花牛肋排,絕對係誠意之作肉質軟身得尼有𡁻囗,味道好似牛展,但佢肥瘦均勻,拌上醬汁,一絕,我食左3件😎

最後喱個蜂蜜柚子脆蝦球又係非常深刻。青檸片放在炸🦐球上,伴着柚子汁一起吃,開胃非常。皮薄肉嫩,又夠厚身😀正到痺💫

杯熱騰騰嘅蕎麥茶好好飲,去油膩又暖肚呢⭐

平時同FRIEND慶祝生日都係去食自助餐或西餐多,今晚因為要同長輩慶祝,所以都想搵間得體D既中菜,聽朋友講希慎有間薄有名氣又幾有特色既中菜館,於是就慕名前來一試。我們一行五人,8點左右到,可能因為係平日所以唔算多人,我們被安排入座餐館主廳門外既圓檯,這裡只有三四張檯,有種自成一角既感覺,十分舒適及寧靜。個餐牌封面以中國風格設計好靚,內裡有好多大大張既食物相片~圖文並茂,十分方便老人家點菜。我們點了陳醋珊瑚紅海蜇頭及和麻醬雞絲粉皮作為頭盤,個雞絲粉皮好足料,花生粒好多好有口感,麻醬味亦好香濃,食完好開胃。而不得不提個紅海蜇頭,上檯時好驚喜,沒有想過碟下面會連著一個放了乾冰既壺,不斷有白色煙霧從壺四周散發出黎,十分唯美有氣氛,同行小朋友見到都好興奮開心,打卡一流。我們另外點了百里香雪花牛肋排、日式鰻魚炒飯及蜂蜜柚子脆蝦球作為主食。雪花牛肋排上檯時已將肉同骨拆開,小朋友同老人家都可以好方便食到,雪花牛既肉質好嫩身,切得亦唔太厚,放落口有種入口即溶既感覺。日式鰻魚炒飯炒得好香但唔會太乾,鰻魚份量多,七十元到呢個價錢真係好抵食。蜂蜜柚子脆蝦球呢個真係不得不讚,個蜂蜜柚子汁有一齊煮開唔係就咁淋上去

甜品我地叫左鮮奶脆網卷同宮廷點心盤,鮮奶脆網卷既外層好香脆但唔油,包住中間半凝固既鮮奶一齊食好夾好有口感﹔宮廷點心盤包括有太極造型奶皇包、兔仔造型豆沙水晶包、綠茶同藍莓布甸等,味道就無咩驚喜不過不失,不過成個擺設好精緻唯美,剩係叫黎打卡都值回票價。
