終於試左米芝蓮一星餐廳Petrus😋。晚餐點了一個4-course menu, 第一道頭盤是無花果形狀的鵝肝慕絲,微酸可以減輕鵝肝的油膩感;另一道頭盤是鱈場蟹腳,蟹肉好鮮甜,最驚喜連個殼都可以食埋,好似份子料理嘅製法呢!雖然要add on加錢,但絕對值得!主菜是酥皮釀鮟鱇魚,味道還可以,肉質沒想像中咁嫩滑。甜品是hazelnut soufflé, 配上雲呢拿雪糕,口感幼滑,不過petite four就太甜了。總結是優質服務配以古典裝潢,最適合Anniversary嚟用餐!
