To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嗰日同兩個朋友第一次上去食,一上到去,就畀成個環境吸引住,成個裝修好有復古嘅氣氛好正! 無論係個窗花,定係放喺入面嘅舊式留聲機,仲有個買煙嘅自動販賣機,全部都睇得出店主好有心思。朋友點左兩個簡單嘅雞肉麵 ,我因為唔係好肚餓所以淨係叫咗個玫瑰咖啡。朋友話呢個麵非常之好食,同埋旁邊配嘅雞肉都係非常嫩滑。我飲嘅玫瑰咖啡都幾出色,好易入口同埋好香玫瑰味最後其實我哋係影相多個過食嘢,因為個環境實在太靚喇,我覺得我會再去因為,個環境好舒服同埋嘢食都唔錯呀!
