這是一間無論環境、服務、食物質素都令人大愛的高級中菜廳🥰! 久聞明閣大名,最近它在灣仔鷹君中心的分店開幕了,坐擁臨海維港景緻,裝潢中西合璧、時尚舒適,更提供多間以茶葉命名的獨立宴會房,最小四人房都有,我食完飯還特別參觀了一下,睇下場,即時進入我的口袋名單,如果要幫人訂枱食飯,呢間一定ok!其中兩間非常漂亮,由手畫的壁畫、到私人開放式廚房、到整個格調都令人印象深刻,老闆宴客/親友共聚一流。食物質素也是令人放心推薦,名菜極品蜜汁叉燒,比坊間私叉燒厚切許多,半肥瘦叉燒入口柔軟多汁。上圖的焗釀鮮蟹蓋更是明閣招牌菜,表層是烤至香脆的芝士,裡面是超多超多蟹肉!真材實料,回味無窮。濃湯花膠雞絲羹也是值得一試的名菜,據稱是參考了「太史五蛇羹」的做法,用雞絲取替蛇肉,再將大量花膠、木耳、冬筍等材料切成幼絲,加上了南乳薄脆,配合老雞金華火腿熬煮的老火湯而成的,每口都是精華。巧手醋香黑豚肉是灣仔店的名菜,本來平凡的豬肉,在廚師的巧手工藝下,變成出奇地皮脆肉嫩又酸甜有致。鮮杏汁杞子百合浸時蔬,當日時菜是澳洲菠菜苗,體型比一般菠菜細,杏汁味濃,翠嫩好吃。窩燒海味飯有新鮮帶子肉、蝦乾、瑤柱等海味,其他材料亦切得幼

最後嚐了甜品黑糖桃膠薑汁3.6牛乳奶凍及
炸杏片香芒卷,一冷一熱,杏片香脆,芒果流心,整餐飯下來每道菜都保持水準,是一間不失敗宴客好地方,服務也非常貼心,與親友一起來吃中菜也是愉快的體驗。
