今日發現始創中心開左間新餐廳係食上海嘢,即管幫襯下佢試新嘢。餐廳裝修係走簡約清新路線,同一般食上海野既餐廳風格唔同,好配合我呢d偽文青。餐廳除了傳統上海菜式外,仲會攪下fusion,最新嘅就有貓山王榴槤高力。因為朋友好憎食榴槤,所以我都無緣去試。我地都係食返d傳統嘢,糖心蛋,話梅小排骨,蘿蔔酥,紅油炒手,蟹粉炒飯。溏心蛋好入味,雞黃真的好流,好溏心。排骨肉質好爽好彈牙,調味酸甜適中,好好味。蘿蔔酥外脆內軟,裡面的蘿蔔絲好甜,只係略調味淡了一點。炒手好大粒,但雲吞皮略嫌太冧。炒飯上枱好平凡,心諗又中伏了。爬了一啖炒飯,真的好普通,再試下撈一撈蟹粉,整個感覺變得好唔同,有畫龍點晴嘅效果,蟹粉好香好甜,另一碟普通既炒飯提升左N個層次,蟹控一定唔可以錯過。
