上星期工作忙碌,時間過得特別快,轉眼又到星期五,Happy Friday當然要食得豐富d,相約友人去夏麵館食蟹粉宴。當中包括:🌾前菜五小碟🌾酸辣湯🌾多唻咪(名人張曼玉提名,生拆蟹肉蟹粉蝦仁)🌾烏金蟹粉拌麵🌾蟹粉小籠包(2粒)🌾生拆蟹肉蟹粉菜心🌾薑茶湯丸前菜五小碟有我愛食的雞絲粉皮和腐皮卷,幾開胃。酸辣湯生拆蟹肉蟹粉蝦仁蟹粉份量吾少,再加上爽口蝦仁,雙重口感。蟹粉小籠包一上枱即食,饀料肉料算幾多,吾會太乾身。烏金蟹粉拌麵麵質軟硬適中,與蟹粉幾夾。生拆蟹肉蟹粉菜心最後食番杯薑茶湯丸,暖一暖胃,感覺舒服。整個套餐份量吾少,足夠兩個人食。最重要係蟹粉份量比我想像中,啱曬愛食蟹粉的朋友。

今天餓壞了,和友人來吃這個,也不是第一次,不過就是很久沒有吃。蔬菜先上,因為太肚餓就先吃,比較鹹,但整體味道不錯。小籠包也是很好吃,有水準。排骨擔擔麵,排骨就是比較多麵粉,炸得很香口。擔擔面的湯比較辣,很容易嗆到咳,但如果喜歡吃辣的朋友是覺得很香,不錯。最後也忘記了要的是什麼骨,但就是好吃😋

今天餓壞了,和友人來吃這個,也不是第一次,不過就是很久沒有吃。

蔬菜先上,因為太肚餓就先吃,比較鹹,但整體味道不錯。小籠包也是很好吃,有水準。

排骨擔擔麵,排骨就是比較多麵粉,炸得很香口。擔擔面的湯比較辣,很容易嗆到咳,但如果喜歡吃辣的朋友是覺得很香,不錯。最後也忘記了要的是什麼骨,但就是好吃😋

今日中午和家人來吃午餐,本身對<夏麵館>的感覺不錯,因為環境尚算坐得舒適,而且之前來吃飯的食物質素一直都不錯,不過今天再來,覺得冇以前甘好味了,水準不再呵~四喜烤麩個味道甜甜地都ok嘅,而且啲冬菇都炆得好入味。呢個蛋都算好食,醬油味道夠濃郁,而且好滑。來到芹菜豬肉餃,個餃子皮厚到爆,入口感覺就是啖啖的麵粉皮,還有一大嚿豬肉餡,沒有芹菜的味道,雖然大大隻,但是感覺做工非常粗糙,實在有點失望。小籠包質素又係好差,小籠包的粉皮又係好厚,入面完全沒有肉汁,但只有一嚿大大的豬肉餡,小籠包本身賣嘅價錢不平,但做出來的感覺就是廉價的小籠包質素,水準不再。蔥油餅薄薄脆脆的,味道還可以吧~津白菜雞絲炒年糕個味道有點兒過鹹,沒有上湯的鮮甜味道,整碟炒年糕只有鹹鹹的味道感覺,失分不少。整體來講,餐廳除了有不錯的環境和坐得舒服之外,食物質素實在比以前下降了不少,不過價錢是依舊沒有比以前便宜到的,實在有點點失望,希望下次再來會有所改善吧!~

來到芹菜豬肉餃,個餃子皮厚到爆,入口感覺就是啖啖的麵粉皮,還有一大嚿豬肉餡,沒有芹菜的味道,雖然大大隻,但是感覺做工非常粗糙,實在有點失望。

小籠包質素又係好差,小籠包的粉皮又係好厚,入面完全沒有肉汁,但只有一嚿大大的豬肉餡,小籠包本身賣嘅價錢不平,但做出來的感覺就是廉價的小籠包質素,水準不再。

津白菜雞絲炒年糕個味道有點兒過鹹,沒有上湯的鮮甜味道,整碟炒年糕只有鹹鹹的味道感覺,失分不少。

整體來講,餐廳除了有不錯的環境和坐得舒服之外,食物質素實在比以前下降了不少,不過價錢是依舊沒有比以前便宜到的,實在有點點失望,希望下次再來會有所改善吧!~

突然好想食水煮魚,經過見到呢間餐廳有水煮魚就入咗去食, 見到佢套餐抵食好多就叫個套餐試下,冇記錯三百零蚊有兩個湯,一個主菜,兩個頭盤,一個飯麵,一個甜品。個餐有得揀兩款湯,咁我哋就揀咗一人一款湯 ,一個酸辣湯一個豆腐羹,細細碗兩款都好好飲海蜇雞絲粉皮水煮魚無問我地食幾辣,我諗係統一辣度?佢嘅辣度有出面食開嘅大辣程度如果唔係好食得辣嘅人要留意~~入邊嘅魚係桂花魚冇一舊都好大舊同好厚,雖然唔係原條桂花魚,但入面嘅魚都足夠兩個人食瑤柱蛋白炒飯 炒得好好食絕對冇揸流灘,粒粒分明高力豆沙係稍為甜咗少少同油又得滯同埋有樣嘢唔係咁好嘅就係,呢個甜品佢係第一樣上菜

已經有一段時間冇食上海嘢又掛住個味道,今次就去咗太子的【夏麵館】。入面嘅上海菜式超多,最後我哋揀咗夏味燻蛋、賽螃蟹、老上海炒飯、鮮肉小籠包、家常煎餅、高力豆沙。燻蛋入面嘅蛋黃超醇厚,做前菜一流。賽螃蟹個味道炒得啱啱好,我連埋個老上海炒飯食感覺新穎,老上海炒飯入面有蝦同埋一d上海配菜,而且鍋氣十足好好味。 鮮肉小籠包點醋及薑絲食提升咗個味道,一咬落去入面d肉汁漏曬出嚟。 家常煎餅就好有上海風味,入面嘅葱絕對提升咗餅嘅味道。高力豆沙就係一個傳統上海甜品,入面嘅豆沙加上熱烘烘嘅表層真係回味無窮。

雖然我唔係上海人,但我都幾鍾意食上海菜的!呢日再訪有好多分店嘅《夏麵館》,貪佢嘅嘢食價錢夠大眾化,食物水準又有返咁上下!絕對係一個可以長期嚟開飯嘅好地方!👍🏻先點份泡椒鳳爪食住等,呢碟鳳爪肉質超爽口的!而我就最鍾意佢嘅蟹粉系列,所以點左蟹粉小籠包同蟹粉素雞!真係食過都返唔到轉頭咁好味的,蟹粉滿滿又鮮甜,CP值超高!見好耐都冇食過蒸魚,所以點咗姜蒜蒸小黃花魚,小黃花魚出名肉質超滑,只係幼骨比較多,所以食嘅時候要小心啲!雖然食物嘅賣相係平平無奇,但實質係非常之好食!非常之有驚喜的!而且埋單都只係$301,人均百幾蚊可以食到呢個質素真係唔錯!☺️❤️
