星期三晚去咗呢度食飯,特別鍾意食佢個滷蛋、蟹粉豆腐煲、蟹粉小籠包、同埋高力豆沙。佢呢度都幾近旺角東地鐵站,由地鐵站行過去,都只係需要5分鐘。一坐低嘅時候,我哋第一時間叫咗個前菜,呢味滷蛋,係凍食,除咗有非常之香嘅滷水味之外,更加重要嘅係佢嘅蛋黃流露出非常香嘅醉雞汁,令到個蛋黃同時間都有醬汁嘅感覺。非常晶瑩剔透。之後我哋特別叫咗呢度嘅蟹粉豆腐煲,$98,豆腐煲用熱辣辣嘅砂鍋送上。熱辣辣嘅砂煲,煮住勁濃郁嘅蟹粉湯🦀🍲豆腐好滑嫩,我一啖蟹粉豆腐,一啖雞湯菜飯,非常鮮甜。蟹粉完全溶晒喺個湯度,食完之後口腔內仲保留住一份鮮味👍再之後就食呢度嘅蟹粉小籠包,小籠包嘅肉收藏住粒粒蟹黃,外面一層係包住,略嫌少少厚,但整體嘅味道都唔錯,小籠包亦都多汁。甜品嘅話,就揀咗高力豆沙,豆沙係用油炸過嘅,熱辣辣,裏面包住甜甜嘅紅豆沙餡。完結前,特別想提一提,呢度嘅服務非常之好,店員好親切,加水加茶亦都好頻密。 continue reading

前排係網上以72折買左夏麵館$100現金卷, 今日放工就同家人去左夏麵館太子分店食返餐。主打上海菜, 正價都唔太貴, 宜家再有72折, 真係抵上加抵!! 【鮮肉小籠包】HK$38小籠包厚薄適中, 含豐富鮮甜湯汁, 饀料鮮味多汁。【紅油抄手】HK$38個汁好夠辣, 饀料有肉香, 但嫌皮過厚, 薄返D會好得多。【酸辣湯麵】HK$52湯底酸辣味平均, 夠杰, 拉麵索左個湯汁令麵質更林, 材料豐富, 整體很有層次.【上海擔擔麵】HK$46湯底夠辣, 有淡淡花生醬味, 食落唔膩, 同樣拉麵索湯令麵質林得黎又入味。【豆沙鍋餅】HK$36嫌煎得未夠香口, 外層很粉, 未夠脆口, 但豆沙饀料很足, 甜甜地。【貓山王榴槤高力】HK$25口感軟熟, 一咬開已經散發陣陣榴槤飄香, 榴槤味甘甘地~【擂沙湯丸】HK$32黃豆粉平均包住湯丸, 咬開芝麻蓉湧出, 甜甜的, 芝麻味香濃。 continue reading

星期六有親戚到訪,一行四人之後想食個下午茶,咁啱要去始創心中買啲嘢,經過見到夏麵館,餐牌都幾吸引,就撳張飛等位,大概15分鐘可以安排入座。入舖頭時都需要量體溫同用酒精搓手液。一坐低先知原來有下午茶餐,價錢比正價平少少同多杯飲品,選擇都算唔少,而且仲可以升級加啲小食。當日分別叫咗4個餐如下:-1.青菜煨麵 – 湯頭白雪雪,味道香濃,調味適中。青菜應該係小唐菜粒,食落爽口清甜,一啲油都冇,感覺清新健康。麵質都屬少少煙韌彈牙,浸耐咗湯都唔會太發脹同變糊。2.嫩雞煨麵 – 基本同以上個青菜煨麵係一模一樣,只不過多咗啲冇醃過味嘅雞丁肉粒,雞粒唔嚡口,不過又未算嫩。3.香辣牛肉麵 – 湯頭顏色清澈味唔濃,一啲都冇辣嘅感覺。牛肉味淡,肉質唔韌,食落都冇黐牙,不過牛味欠奉。反而牛筋入味軟滑。4.排骨擔擔麵 - 排骨(炸豬扒)同擔擔麵分開上,擔擔麵湯濃稠,花生味重,而且食落辣味就慢慢滲出嚟,都幾野味。排骨(炸豬扒)粉漿厚,豬扒肉薄,炸皮味道完全掩蓋豬嘅肉味。所有麵底都係同一款。升級小食追加咗:-5.豆沙鍋餅 (半份) - 皮厚硬而唔脆,豆沙餡少,而且冇豆沙應有嘅紅豆香,甜度都比較淡。6.小籠包 (4件) - 小籠包皮略厚,包內有適量湯汁,湯汁味道淡,肉餡都幾大,調味恰到好處,仲食到豬肉應有嘅味道。7.油菜 (一份) – 烚菜芯鮮爽口清甜,不過不失。跟餐飲品4杯豆漿,豆香一般,勝在微甜。食物比較一般以下,份量都好足夠。雖然價錢唔屬於太貴,不過覺得咁嘅價格唔應該係咁嘅食物質素。環境就檯與檯之間距離都唔太密,舒適度都係一般。而服務就呼喚極都冇服務員應你,態度都幾敷衍。 continue reading

已經有一段時間冇食上海嘢又掛住個味道,今次就去咗太子的【夏麵館】。入面嘅上海菜式超多,最後我哋揀咗夏味燻蛋、賽螃蟹、老上海炒飯、鮮肉小籠包、家常煎餅、高力豆沙。燻蛋入面嘅蛋黃超醇厚,做前菜一流。賽螃蟹個味道炒得啱啱好,我連埋個老上海炒飯食感覺新穎,老上海炒飯入面有蝦同埋一d上海配菜,而且鍋氣十足好好味。 鮮肉小籠包點醋及薑絲食提升咗個味道,一咬落去入面d肉汁漏曬出嚟。 家常煎餅就好有上海風味,入面嘅葱絕對提升咗餅嘅味道。高力豆沙就係一個傳統上海甜品,入面嘅豆沙加上熱烘烘嘅表層真係回味無窮。 continue reading

好耐無去始創中心,原來入面有間夏麵館,呢間裝修幾清新,用晒啲藍色吊燈都幾靚。其他分店我都試過,今次試吓太子分店:。🍜自選涼菜(五小碟) $115佢有8款冷盤,俾你任揀五款嘅,最啱我呢啲想試多啲款式,但係每樣食少少嘅人。。🍜蟹粉炒年糕$98食上海野我鍾意食炒年糕,佢原來有蟹粉配年糕,一定要試啦,呢個用來點銀絲卷同曼頭最正。我最後追加左個銀絲卷配去嗰啲蟹粉。。。🍜夏味燻蛋$13(1隻)。去食上海菜,必點,因為唔係間間有得食,呢個好味。。🍜蟹粉小籠包$38/2隻.皮夠薄,肉汁鮮嫩,好香蟹膏未味,包內有小小湯,做得唔錯。. continue reading
