麵館窗旁是四人卡位,其落地窗可看到餐廳外。而餐廳中間有一張高長枱,可容納約十二人。午餐時間頗多人,我們等了約十分鐘才入座。甫坐下即點了四個午市自選套餐,午市套餐包括一款點心/涼菜、 一款主食和一杯飲品。當中以下幾款是我比較喜歡的食物。菜肉餛飩麵($56),餛飩頗大隻,餛飩皮非常滑,餡料足,所以吃下去很有肉質的口感。湯、麵和餛飩味道都很清淡,麵煙靭彈牙是加分之處。嫩雞煨麵($62),雞粒非常軟滑。湯底相對餛飩麵濃稠,味道濃郁,麵比較軟稔,能微微掛上湯汁。喜歡吃軟稔麵的人或長者,點這個比較適合。紅油抄手(3隻),其它餐廳的紅油抄手都很辣,但這裏的紅油抄手只有微辣。皮滑而不會沾上太多油份,相對清淡。蒜香四季豆,最普通的前菜卻是我最喜歡的食物。四季豆非常新鮮爽脆。雖然四季豆拌着稔蒜粒和極少量辣椒粒,仍不會覺得濃味和辣,值到吃下辣椒粒,才會帶出微辣。涼拌粉皮,夏日涼拌小食首選,粉皮滑中帶點煙靭,拌上醬汁,清涼開胃。如果一個人吃完一碟粉皮,便會吃不下主食。四喜烤夫是正宗的上海菜,也與上述其它食物有着不一樣的味道,味道較濃,帶點甜味。蜂窩狀的烤夫軟中帶爽。整體來說份量頗多,五至六個人吃四個餐也可以。味道比較清淡,適合喜歡吃淡味的人。 夏麵館官網有齊餐單,不同分店有不同價錢。 continue reading

捱過一星期後終於放假了,今晚又帶左媽咪黎到旺角始創中心「夏麵館」食佢最愛嘅上海菜~晚上七點幾已經座無虛席,好受歡迎呢菜單上嘅選擇好豐富,價錢經濟實惠涼拌小木耳木耳口感爽脆,加咗辣椒仔同酸醋吊味,酸酸微辣頗開胃呢鮮肉鍋貼有三大隻,鍋貼表面不太油膩,底部則金黃香脆,外皮略厚,充滿麵粉香。裏面係新鮮豬肉,肉餡頗肥美香軟,充滿肉汁鮮肉小籠包小籠包外皮厚薄適中,滿載湯汁同juicy豬肉餡,味鮮且鹹香,好出色賽螃蟹蛋白好滑溜,蝦仁新鮮爽彈,兩者比例剛好,味道好夾,仲有少量毛豆同紅椒,送白飯食就啱晒啦高力貓山王榴槤最後又點少得甜品呢,高力豆沙或者香蕉就食得多,呢度竟然有貓山王榴槤!金黃色的外表非常吸引,大小適中,裡面係濃郁香甜的貓山王榴槤蓉,真材實料擂沙湯丸芝麻湯圓好軟糯,口感QQ,有糯米香,內裏係粒粒起沙的黑芝麻餡,甜度適中,好好味啊 continue reading

2/5普通擔擔面,不好吃的排骨,紅油抄手也還好。朋友的瑤柱蛋白炒飯反而炒得不錯,就是鹹了一點。Ordinary dandan noodles, bad pork ribs, and red oil dumplings are fine.
