已離開我八年多的老爸,生前最愛食燒鵝脾,記得有年暑假,老爸特意回家跟我食午餐,我亦特意買一盒免切鵝脾飯給他,他見到後臉上那種歡欣喜悅,廿多年後的我亦常湧現在腦海...今日特意到元朗天鴻,一嚐馳名燒鵝脾之餘,亦懷念一下爸爸的笑容...呢度嘅燒鵝瀨粉價錢上絕不便宜,以呢間小店裝修格局黎講,更加係令人有少少吃驚,不過呢度燒鵝水準之高,跟老字號鏞記及海外聞名嘅深井燒鵝絕對有得揮,同樣皮脆肉香,肥瘦剛好,加上留有微熱嘅餘溫,實在掂到爆~!瀨粉雖然係小配角,但咬落質感唔錯,而且帶一點米香,非常討好~!P.S. 爸爸,好想你可以跟我再嚐燒鵝的滋味⋯i miss you!
