是夜試了不少串燒,這裡有「燒雞皮」,叫了一客二人分,上到來竟然是原塊雞皮拆肉後燒的,這做法我還是首次吃到,雞皮雖然略乾,但作為酒餚,也夠香脆惹味。當晚最喜歡是「蜜糖燒番薯」,糖燒後帶焦香,而日本番茄是又香又甜,我覺得是鎮店的名菜。
