近日終於完成左公司一個大project,決定獎勵下自己,星期六去食一個豐富嘅午餐。嚟咗利園附近嘅一間鐵板燒餐廳,環境好舒服感覺高級,但午餐嘅價錢亦好合理,出乎意料之外。前菜方面首先有南瓜蓉同埋青瓜冷麵沙律,兩道菜都十分清新。之後有茶碗蒸,呢個蒸蛋真係超嫩滑,人口即刻會sir入喉嚨咁。上面會有一個由洋蔥,紅蘿蔔,本菇做嘅汁,鹹鹹地,好好食。然後就開始鐵板部份,先有帶子同大蝦。刺身級珍寶帶子燒到半生熟,外層焦焦的,內層係仲係生嘅。大蝦更值得一讚,蝦身嘅部份肉質保持到爽口彈牙。蝦頭蝦腳部分,師傅好用心咁燒到非常之脆,成嚿食都冇問題。主菜部份,豬牛雞魚都可以選擇,糾纏左好耐之後決定揀銀鱈魚。師傅好細心咁將銀鱈魚放喺蕉葉上面先再係鐵板燒,防止魚肉整爛或者燒焦。上碟後嘅魚貌相靚,外層香脆,內層油分十足,令魚肉變得非常嫩滑。而且銀鱈魚本身甜甜地,輕輕加少少啱鹽同黑椒做調味已經好好食。之後有鐵板燒必備嘅日式炒雜菜。尾聲嘅部份仲有一個炒飯,炒飯只係好簡單咁加咗蒜蓉,紅蘿蔔粒,芝麻同雪菜做配料,已經好好食。不得不讚師傅好用心咁煎左一塊飯焦去裝飾品,好睇又好食。配合漬物同埋面豉湯。最後最後仲有甜品焦糖奶凍去
