今日就在週末中抽一點時間,看到銅鑼灣Cubus的餐廳,抽空吃一頓美味鐵板燒裝璜雅緻,環境幽靜,privacy高,很適合聊天。我地2人每人點左個雪舟鐵板燒午餐 Sessyu Teppanyaki Set, 主要有七道菜:首先來了前菜:茶碗蒸(蛋)蒸蛋十分幼嫩滑溜,輕巧美味青瓜雞肉,青瓜而且清甜芬芳正當我慢慢品嚐美味前菜,大廚已經在鐵板上,為我煮栗米洋蔥天婦羅天婦羅甜而不溜,新鮮炸起好香口主菜最高級日本產黑毛和牛肋排嫩滑和牛肋排很合心意,伴岩鹽,又吃出另一番美味美國高級牛柳 吃時亦可蘸些香草海鹽,肉質嫩滑,是我的至愛銀鱈魚 Cod Fish魚肉片表面焦黃香口,時間掌握得剛好,魚滑溜調味亦恰當,挺厚身燒帶子•大蝦 帶子外脆內嫩,大蝦鮮甜無比,沾上廚師精制醬汁更加美味!仲有炒椰菜、蒜心 和甘荀,味噌湯,日式炒飯炒野菜簡單可口,味道合宜,不會太鹹,簡單的美味。

銅鑼灣Cubus的餐廳的食物顔值全部都很高!於是約了朋友一齊去食高質日式鐵板燒午餐😊每次吃鐵板燒望着師傅們在我面前即煎即上即食,都令我食得開心,目不暇給。😃我地2人每人點左個雪舟鐵板燒午餐 Sessyu Teppanyaki Set, 主要有七道菜, 首先來了前菜:茶碗蒸(蛋)原來鐵板也可做出茶碗蒸, 真是大開眼界!由師傅慢慢在鐵板上蒸弄而成,蛋好滑溜😋主菜最高級日本產黑毛和牛肋排油脂分佈平均,師傅燒至啱啱好三成熟,咬落去唔會好un都好有牛味,肉質細嫩,啖啖肉,又唔多筋👅美國高級牛柳 5成熟既牛柳,香口肉汁十足,配幾粒鹽黎食已經足夠😋銀鱈魚 Cod Fish將魚肉的表面燒至金黃香口,上碟散發着陣陣牛油香,YUM!👍🏻燒帶子•大蝦 帶子鮮嫩爽口,毫不油膩,而大蝦脆到連蝦殼都可以食埋!😋仲有炒椰菜、蒜心 和甘荀,味噌湯,日式炒飯,甘香鮮嫩爽口,而且不油膩亦不濃味,滿有蒜香和芝麻炒飯也有飯焦片... aka my favorite!! 飯焦片又薄又脆,味道不會太濃,炒得乾身而不油膩👍🏻👍🏻焦糖凍餅

It’s our first time to this restaurant. Place was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and with good ambient. We ordered our dinner and the first dish was salad with truffle. My friend happened to have truffle allergy. So the staffs (chefs, waiters) asked us and make sure my friend has no other allergy and immediately created another dish. Efficient, caring and creative. My friend particularly like all the utensils served. Chef was 100% on our meal only. (No need for sharing chef). The food was fresh and cooked just right, so delicious that I felt I melt with the foie quis. Sake and dessert were amazing as well. The whole meal was amazing. continue reading

今日放假同朋友來到銅鑼灣行街,順便食個午餐,搵到呢間位於Cubus的鐵板燒專門店,見到午餐價錢相宜,抵食又多野食,便上來食下。中午時間都有幾多客人,好快就坐满,建議先打電話訂座。我同朋友每人都揀咗一個鐵板燒午餐套餐,每位$318,已經包咗有沙律,茶碗蒸,主菜,湯等。牛肉薄燒配沙律菜,爽脆清甜,牛肉軟稔香濃。天婦羅,炸粉薄而香脆,即炸熱辣辣。茶碗蒸,蛋味香濃鮮甜,水潤滑溜,入口即溶,配有香菇等味道好夾。燒帶子同大蝦,帶子厚身大粒,嫩滑鮮甜,大蝦肉質彈牙爽口,有濃郁蝦味,燒得剛好熟,香氣撲鼻。日本黑豚扒,肉質嫩滑軟稔,皮脆而內滑,肉汁多而香甜,豬肉味濃郁,肥瘦適中,咬落有口感。蒜蓉炒飯,加咗一片用飯粒壓成的脆片,咬落卜卜脆,飯粒飽满分明,配料有芝麻同醃菜等,香味滲入飯粒當中。食到咁飽仲有個甜品,焦糖布甸,色澤光鮮,面的焦糖燒得好香脆,布甸滑溜香甜,入口即溶。 continue reading
