一直很想試食鐵板燒,但又覺得很貴。上星期,朋友問我不如試吓這一間鐵板燒,又話午餐價錢還可以,所以我便應承了。午餐其實選擇也不多,有兩種lunch set可以選擇,基本上是分貴餐或平餐。我揀咗個平餐食,$318。餐入面主食都有幾款揀,我就揀左個牛柳。個set入面已經包埋大蝦同帶子。所有野都係你面前係鐵板上燒,連個蒸蛋都係鐵板上蒸。個蒸蛋我真係好欣賞,真係滑嘟嘟嫁。前菜個蝦都好甜,仲有蝦膏(nomnom)個牛柳都好出色,我要左5成熟,真係啱啱好,仲好juicy。之後仲有個飯,佢專登整一塊飯焦插係飯上面,好有心思,重點係好好食,佢加左啲海苔,好香口,同埋我本身好中意海苔最後我都好欣賞個甜品,係雪到冰既焦糖布丁黎嫁,未試過咁樣食布丁,口感同味道都好正!P.S. 全程招呼我地既鐵板師傅個樣都好cool咁,但佢態度好nice!埋單一個人350倒,就咁睇價錢係幾貴(我已經食平餐),但食物同服務都係返到,我覺得值得,當然唔可以成日黎,哈哈哈!

生日飯唔想成日食西餐,所以今年轉食日式鐵板燒。因為晚上食都幾貴,至少成千蚊一個人,所以見至中午set幾抵,每人都係300幾,CP價高。前菜有茶碗蒸,沙津同天婦羅,仲每人有一份大蝦同帶子,師傅係日本人,煮得剛剛好,好鮮。到主菜簡左牛柳,5成真係好正,好冧,入口好溶同好有牛味,配埋鹽好夾。個人唔鐘意加汁,會蓋左個牛味。之後一定要配抄飯,因為會整個飯照比你,有好多蒜粒,勁香。最後仲有甜品,係焦糖雪芭,唔太甜但好香焦糖味。整個好飽,同中午真係好抵。

日本米白飯和蒜蓉炒飯中我當然選擇了《蒜蓉炒飯》。不要以為飯並沒有什麼驚喜,但其實是筆者最期待「收看」的環節。

師傅將飯拌勻材料後,將一小部份壓成薄片,令其變成薄脆香口而又沒有焦位的飯焦,再將醬油倒在鐵板上,等其變得半乾身時倒上剩餘的飯,令飯不會直接混入醬油變得太咸但有醬油香。

整體完全不油膩,飯焦脆口煙韌,沒有落鹽不用加蛋用上日本的高菜,和醬油,已經好夠味且不油膩,好有心機。

《焦糖雪葩》一直想再吃這個甜品,特別而又不會像一般蛋糕般甜膩,反而雪葩口感有減膩的感覺。

茶方面師傅拿出了一盤英式茶包給我們選擇,飯後甜品再加一杯茶,這個午餐很滿足了!

在香港以這個價錢能吃到這種高質既日式鐵板燒真的很高性價比!

星期六返短週,放工鬆一鬆,約朋友到銅鑼灣開平道Cubus樓上食鐵板燒,上次有去過,不過已經有一段時間沒有去”雪舟鉄板”了,今日正好去回味一下。今日食雪舟鐵板燒午餐 $318沙律.小鉢沙律有菌類,配上柚子酸汁,幾開胃。還有雜菜天婦羅,幾脆身,有薯仔條等幾款混合一起。蒸蛋滑溜。帶子厚身大粒,質感嫩滑,味道鮮甜。份量足,但黑豚扒不算特別嫩滑,配上特調的蘿蔔蓉汁帶有少許蘋果香的醬汁也不錯,再配上日本米白飯更佳。很新鮮,幾款野菜爽脆乾身不油膩。午餐還配有味噌湯和漬物。哈哈外型真像乳豬肉,甜度適中,很滿足。

又到週末了,很久沒有到雪舟吃鐵板燒,所以今日特意再回味一下,睇睇水準跟以前好了定差了。也很久沒有到Cubus 這𥚃吃東西,上一次到Cubus,根據友人説是在Mango Tree吃泰國餐,當時對面還是地盤,現在已經成為了利園三期了。好,言歸正傳,我們到了餐廳,服務員友善地給我們帶位,星期六的下午,餐廳只有半滿,真是生意難做啊!我們二人點了一個行政套餐$628及一個午餐$318 share食。多款前菜及刺身,特別有個炸牛蒡,很香脆,好吃先來大蝦和帶子,蝦很爽脆,好吃然後是黑醋鴨肝和鮑魚,一般了吧!接著是牛胸膜,要另加$30,選了五成熟,師傅燒得剛好,很喜歡這個牛胸膜,很有牛肉味。蒜蓉炒飯,加了雪菜和芝麻壓成一片飯焦,很惹味,炒飯亦是同樣材料,最愛這個炒飯。最後是甜品,是焦糖雪餅。
