呢餐鐵板燒連加一$350,我覺得性價比高。因為食材高質素,而且服務亦十分周到。不過晚餐應該就唔平,如果晚上要慶祝生日或周年紀念,呢間都係一個不錯的選擇。

閨密和老友最近頻頻約食飯,大家很久沒有吃鉄板燒,我就揀了這間,因為環境好,食材新鮮,之前也吃過,覺得不錯,又再光顧。上次吃的是600多元的午餐,今次改吃經些,選擇了澳洲牛胸腹前菜有兩款,南瓜沙律,南瓜是加了香草所以味道濃郁,軟糯。另一款茄子,茄子煮得入味,為—可惜是灑在上面天かす有點油益味。刺身兩款:三文魚肥美。鯛魚味淡鮮甜。茶碗蒸: 放了日本的なめこ滑潺潺的外層,有点像杭州出名的蒓菜。炒野菜: 味道不錯,份量好似細了點😄。澳洲牛胸腹: 五成熟剛剛好,入口嫩滑多汁😋。蒜蓉炒飯: 加入高菜炒的飯,惹味很多,還有將飯壓成薄片,煎至薄脆的飯焦, 脆脆的口感好味道👍。甜品奶凍: 奶滑香甜加上一杯香氣濃郁的咖啡,真是完美的—餐。

老友鬼鬼,一齊嘆世界。難得有志同道合的朋友一樣喜歡食,孖公仔去搵食。鐵板燒午餐比晚餐基乎平一半,當然份量少咗,但足夠。前菜沙律是南瓜,相信是日本品種,味道濃郁,清甜可口。另一款茄子,爽口醒胃。茶蒸碗每次都另我滿足,又香又滑,火喉控制得宜。帶子煎得外表金黃,內𥚃軟熟無比。廚師在煎大蝦時候,陣陣蝦香樸鼻。蝦肉爽脆彈牙,連蝦頭位置都好似薯片咁香脆,惹味可口。牛柳五成熟度恰到好處,中間位置有少少粉紅,肉質軟腍多汁,牛味濃厚,超正!炒飯混入醃菜,不需任何調味已足夠。廚師專登做了一塊飯焦,不只裝飾咁簡單,又香口又好味。甜品奶凍布甸夠滑溜,但過甜了。最後甘香的咖啡也一絲不苟,質量非常好。
