銅鑼灣開平道1号Cubus 8的鐵板燒雪舟, 這間日式鐵板燒水準有番咁上下, 朋友剛從日本回來, 都讚這間 日式鐵板燒無論環境, 食物素材和廚師烹調手藝都可與日本媲美。我們選擇了兩個午餐定食,點菜後廚師已經安排在鐵板上蒸蛋, 隨即上兩個前菜,柚子和牛和南瓜沙律先來醒醒胃。 前菜吃完之後這個茶碗蒸就熱辣辣奉上,非常香滑。跟著主菜上演, 不可不讚廚師的廚藝好有水準, 火侯控制得剛剛好, 完全保留到食物的鮮味和肉汁, 我最欣賞熊本豚肉和澳洲和牛胸內膜, 肉汁豐富配搭埋他們的秘製醬汁冇得輸, 還有這個活生生南非鮑魚,size都不細,火候亦剛剛好,爽口彈牙。 最後的炒飯都不求其,把部分炒飯慢慢煎成飯焦配搭埋炒飯一起吃,特別香口,口感層次豐富, 今次吃到這樣有水準的鐵板燒,無論服務價錢食材真係ichiban

點菜後廚師已經安排在鐵板上蒸蛋, 隨即上兩個前菜,柚子和牛和南瓜沙律先來醒醒胃。 前菜吃完之後這個茶碗蒸就熱辣辣奉上,非常香滑。

需然八月十五仍要返工,好彩我有個好阿頭從來對我哋都大愛,今日lunch又帶我哋去食好西,食我平日自己小食嘅日式鐵板餐。去到環境昏暗一睇就知高級餐廳,去到食個lunch都係廚師廚師發板,真係又興奮又期待, 成個set有主菜,有前菜小食,湯同甜品,連飲品都有份餐前同餐後...坐係鐵板邊睇住廚師為我哋做每一度菜,真係好開心仲要連擺碟都靚過人,帶子超彈牙又鮮,可點汁或者唔點,個蝦又好出色連個蝦頭都食得,而本人就最鍾意個牛又多肉汁又幼嫩滑,如果可以再食多碟就好啦,依D鐵板餐最後都係有個飯,同埋有個甜品為我嘅lunch畫上完美句號,之後當然返公司等待收工。

食到依度女朋友依家覺得飽,但係師傅已經煮緊個日本米蒜蓉炒飯。呢個炒飯加左紫菜碎同芝麻一齊炒,仲有少少酸菜粒,一落油炒香味四溢。咪以為就得個炒飯咁簡單,師傅將部分嘅飯壓到一塊薄脆咁,有飯焦嘅味道但唔會痴牙,十分美味。

炒飯配有面豉湯,邊爬飯邊飲湯唔怕乾。

個set lunch包一杯餐飲,我點左杯凍檸茶。最後一道菜係酷似一片乳豬肉,其實係焦糖奶凍,係好有趣嘅視覺味覺上嘅衝突。冰凍嘅奶凍剛好可以清新下食完鐵板燒嘅口腔。
