To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近的平日去食晚飯,喺openrice訂抬有8折食7:00都唔會話特別爆人,女店員 態度好,喺門口已經問定我地飲咩茶。佢環境顏色幾多元化,同其他人影的一樣,感覺開心。佢四周地板都乾淨,呢樣我重視。1壺茶1壺熱水,同茶樓一樣,洗下筷子同杯。似係菊普,茶味清新。點心 好夠熱,小心辣親蕃茄春卷 有多少蝦的成份,朋友有點敏感。鹹水角 有4個圓波波幾打意粉紅色皮的蝦粒腸粉肉鬆馬拉糕d肉鬆 一夾就跌唒出來,出唒煙下次想約多一兩個人,咁就可以試多幾款~洗手間喺外面近處,問店員拿匙卡嘟。待續~睇相
