To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐都無食海鮮蒸氣鍋了,散叫通常都好貴,所以我通常都係搵一啲有海鮮套餐揀嘅餐廳,但由於有啲餐廳選擇將貨就價,所以大家揀餐廳都要小心啲,亦不妨考慮下呢間蟹仙蒸氣鍋,海鮮夠生猛,門口招牌亦大大隻字寫明自己有做直銷,可算是質素嘅保證,無華麗嘅裝潢,但就絕對有實力。為食海鮮而來,揀左$399/位嘅海鮮套餐,共有10款不同海鮮,雖然話每款只係一件,但坊間餐廳散叫的話,應該會再貴六七成價錢,唔信可以試下......所以$399算係幾抵! 越南大虎蝦:大大隻,肉質夠爽彈,蝦膏亦幾鮮香,幾有蝦味。九孔鮑魚:質感爽滑而有咬勁,唔會太腍亦唔會太韌,幾有鮮味。紐西蘭青口:青口黎講,火候掌控非常重要,因為好易老/乾水,但店員處理得唔錯,如圖所示,肉質飽滿,內裡滿是肉汁,非常嫩滑,岩岩好!韓國慶南蠔:蠔味適中唔會太濃味,蠔肉同樣是鮑滿幼嫩,直至現在,蒸煮時間全部都岩岩好!澳洲青年龍蝦:有時食日式Omakase都會採用澳洲青年龍蝦,質素唔錯,龍蝦蝦肉幼嫩鮮甜,爽口彈牙,仲有超多蝦膏,鮮甜得很。大黃奄蟹:比普通奄仔蟹更大隻,蟹殼硬淨啲,蟹肉都比較厚實,蟹膏超級鮮香,好有蟹味,蟹肉亦夠鮮甜,非常新鮮及出色!東星斑:本

東星斑:本為饅頭蟹(食過一次,真係幾鮮甜,所以本身都有少少期待),但餐廳無今日無來貨,所以以星斑代替,唯有接受。魚肉非常非常的細嫩,簡單加啲蒸魚豉油已能勾出其鮮味,雖然好食,但饅頭蟹更加好食!

最後就係呢個海鮮粥底,早前蒸10款海鮮所滴落去嘅肉汁,連同肉排,粟米及芋頭等材料所煮嘅粥,唔係果種好綿嘅粥,而係偏潮式類似生滾粥嘅質感,唔洗加鹽之類嘅調味已經好夠鮮味鹹香,真心唔錯。

甜品奉送椰汁官燕一客,唔會太甜太膩,帶清甜椰汁香,非常幼滑,真心幾好食。
