The first bite surprised me, really yum and special but actually tasted quite strong.They have specific instructions to guide you having the noodles. After having 1/3, then they suggest to add pepper. After finishing 2/3, then you can add vinegar (?) and finally you can ask for rice to make your own 撈飯 which is wholly surrounded by seasoning. By following the instructions, you will have different surprises before finishing the noodles

Quite a heavy taste option but it is really good. Very suitable if you want to have something evil though a little bit yit hey熱氣.
