To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一班兄弟決定去慶新春,慕名而來容記,因聞說是登上「米芝蓮車胎人美食推介」的食店。簡樸節儉,量入為出是美德,我們點了八人F餐。是各項節慶套餐最經濟但也夠吸引。翡翠炒虎斑球做得的確不錯。還有海皇大生翅。大蝦伊麵也美味。不過,如果這就叫米芝蓮車胎人美食,席上有人表示失望。可能水準因驕傲而下降?但最不開心是,我們訂座6時,未坐定就重覆了三次(很重要,故重覆三次)要8時前離席。是否因為我們訂的是最便宜的?即時感到被瞧不起。請他們給辣椒醬,聲明是20元的。潛台詞是「我有預先講好的。」我們很合作,結果,是他們衝鋒上菜後,卻漏了一盤,要我們催促。結果我們也只不過是7點半便埋好單。免得阻他們營業。也免我們受人白眼。當然,我們也不會再去了。
