自從搬咗office之後,都少咗出尖沙咀,難得黎到,梗係要去食好西啦。今日拉晒同事去咗寶勒巷附近既火赤食串燒,同同事吹下水。😆😆一入門口,日式燒肉既香味撲鼻而來,令人食指大動。我地坐係bar枱既一角,燈色幽暗,好有feel架。🤗🤗首先黎既係燒鱈魚乾,鱈魚乾非常薄脆,配上卡夫醬,脆卜卜好好食。😄😄之後就黎啲特別刁鑽既雞串燒。第一樣係雞食道,呢個部位好爽脆,又帶啲咬口,真係第一次食! 第二樣係雞掌心,雞腳係我由細到大都好鐘意食既小食,而呢個部位就係佢個掌心最啖啖肉,師傅略加鹽調味,已經好出色。😍😍之後黎既係雞頸同煙肉芝士卷。雞頸都係成日運動既部位,食落有啲似細舊既雞脾肉,口感彈牙嫩滑。而煙肉芝士卷,兩樣都係好濃味既野,雖然係好食,但聽落好似好膩,但師傅係食材間加上一片紫蘇葉,加上一陣清新既味道,亦有解膩作用。😋😋講到雞內臟,今日終於試到提燈,呢樣野好考師傅既刀功同埋烹調技巧。今日師傅處理得好好,”蛋黃”保持流心,又係食過返尋味。接住黎既係我每次去食串燒必叫既免治雞肉串,雞肉入面有少少雞軟骨,增添口感,啖啖肉之餘仲加上日本雞蛋,令香氣再昇華。食完呢樣冇耐就上埋日式醬油燒飯團。師傅首先烘一烘紫

一入門口,日式燒肉既香味撲鼻而來,令人食指大動。我地坐係bar枱既一角,燈色幽暗,好有feel架。🤗🤗

首先黎既係燒鱈魚乾,鱈魚乾非常薄脆,配上卡夫醬,脆卜卜好好食。😄😄

之後就黎啲特別刁鑽既雞串燒。第一樣係雞食道,呢個部位好爽脆,又帶啲咬口,真係第一次食! 第二樣係雞掌心,雞腳係我由細到大都好鐘意食既小食,而呢個部位就係佢個掌心最啖啖肉,師傅略加鹽調味,已經好出色。😍😍

最後係燒唐辛子同埋日本甘薯。日本甘薯真係好出色,完全唔係死甜,作為飯後甜品一流。🤩🤩
