To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

多年前已經是Grandhyatt Steakhouse的忠實粉絲,近日抗疫抗到悶悶地,當然次來到這個世外“牛“園被安排坐在近大堂的窗口位,點社交距離,但人氣亦少。環境浪漫但不靜到講句野都怕大聲👍😆不過,燈光係有點黑,襯返淨係開晚餐,老牌高級排房的格調。不能忽視的小食,當然是即烘的蒜蓉包多士,沒有平日蒜蓉的油膩,蒜香又不會搶走面粉香,入口外脆內軟。Appetizer點了Baked Snails,十分新鮮,而且焗得剛剛好,不會太乾或變苦。還有少吃肉的朋友推介 Mozarella Cheese & Tomato Salad, 小清新之餘,芝士不會太膩,而且有點開胃。雖然appetizer 不是主菜,但這兒招牌 Crabcake絕對不能錯過。一絲絲蟹肉纏綿在一塊Crabcake, 在別處吃不到的柔軟和鮮蟹肉味,加點檸檬汁更絕倫無比。我們點了一個Lamb Rack 和一個 Rib Eye Cap。Rib Eye Cap 是上蓋肉牛排,是順著牛肋眼肉附近筋膜所切下的上蓋肉,為肋眼牛排的精華部位,數量稀少。好少餐廳會有,當然供應有限,這些高級餐廳質素更不容擔心。羊架是家人要求點的,一上難忘,不太蘇,

我們點了一個Lamb Rack 和一個 Rib Eye Cap。Rib Eye Cap 是上蓋肉牛排,是順著牛肋眼肉附近筋膜所切下的上蓋肉,為肋眼牛排的精華部位,數量稀少。好少餐廳會有,當然供應有限,這些高級餐廳質素更不容擔心。
羊架是家人要求點的,一上難忘,不太蘇,而且配上hyatt steakhouse 獨家 Truffle Mustard芥辣味和羊味融入得岩岩好。如果喜歡熟啲,就要叫8成,我地叫6成,中間有血,但肉質十分嫩

因為太飽,甜品就點了餐牌內推介的 Apple Crumble & Vanilla Ice Cream, 多人分享就最好,分量不少,而 Vanilla Ice cream是軟雪糕的質感,但有大量雲尼拿籽在內,在這豐富一餐留下一陣香味。
