To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🥩 燒肉記 🥩🍻 一段時間沒有到過圓方，今晚特意到來食晚飯，想吃燒肉，之前見到這間店，外觀不錯，就試試這間吧.店舖尚算不錯，我們被安排4人座，相當寬敞，相對其他2人雅座，已經相當不錯👍🏻首先，點選了🔥火藏未來牛燒肉盛合4點，見餐牌有4款種類，一次過可以試4款，都幾好👍🏻。 賣相確實不錯，非常吸引，肉質顏色都不俗。 但是，其中有2款部位非常靭，也頗厚身，要問服務員動用剪刀✂️，每次燒烤的時候，我們都先要剪成小塊，好難咀嚼😌，牙齒都疲累😮‍💨🐷北海道五日市豚腩肉 ～ 反而好好多，腩肉相對腍，有少少肥，口感不錯👍🏻京蔥牛舌 ～ 比起牛肉，相對易咀嚼環境尚算不錯👍🏻，價錢略貴，牛肉～ 有點華而不實😉，勁難𡁻，怕怕了，吃過一次就算吧😑
