位於西九龍圓方的燒肉火藏,是一間專注於日式燒肉的餐廳,餐廳的環境雅緻,價位偏向中上,但性價不算特別高,讓我在用餐時有些失望。燒肉拼盤是日本國產牛「未來牛」,賣相不錯很精緻新鮮,油脂甘香牛味濃厚吉列和牛三文治口不錯,半生熟牛肉搭配香脆的麵包,唔會太膩可以一試。不過份量實在太少,僅有四塊。總的來說,火藏燒肉是一個值得一試的地方,特別是對於喜愛燒肉的食客。不過,若追求高性價比的朋友們,或許可以考慮其他選擇。 continue reading

因為有coupon所以喺呢間餐廳食燒肉,我哋單點咗幾款肉加一個飯同一個冷麵,每碟肉嘅份量都偏少,見到佢嘅名稱叫做未來牛,好似幾特別,出邊冇食過。一開頭都充滿期待但原來呢款牛係一啲都唔好食,冇乜脂肪偏乾,但係如果你鍾意食唔油嘅燒肉可能都啱你,佢每份肉嘅價錢都係百幾$200得幾塊,性價比一啲都唔高,而且飯同面嘅份量都好少,整體嚟講,冇諗過係圓方商場比呢個價錢食到咁嘅質素,唔會再嚟幫襯,因為千幾蚊兩個人都食唔飽。 continue reading

是日光顾了平日晚餐的二人套餐,人均埋單無加任何飲品酒水,加一後大約接近700幾800左右一位。性價比来说很低的、好在不用排队马上有位、而且坐得好舒服(2人坐4人大桌)。算好吃的,牛肉方便真的没有什么可以挑剔。唯一就是海鲜很一般!当日套餐中的大虾很瘦下、每人只得半边。蔬菜也很少得可憐、另外海带汤也是装一半满不是全满的。海鲜类我建议可以不点就不要加!真心不划算!整體來講不好的地方就是份量太少,性價比低。不介意價錢的話這裡的牛肉質素肯定無問題的,高質。 continue reading

星期六的圓方商場,大部分較高檔的餐廳食肆都沒有提供午市套餐,路過這間「燒肉火藏」,竟然有多款午市定食供應,豐儉由人,見不曾幫襯過,便不作多想,入內試試。餐廳環境不錯,氣氛甚佳,讓我不禁有置身家鄉,享受渡假的感覺。兩夫妻分別點了「未來牛牛肋肉及美國牛肋肉定食」($128)和「A4和牛肩胛肉及美國牛肋肉定食」($148),兩款定食都跟日式沙律、麵豉湯、珍珠米飯、泡菜和兩小件牛舌。三款牛肉中,以和牛肩胛肉肉質最好,油花豐富,嫩滑可口,餐牌中介紹來自北海道自家農場Oakleaf的未來牛牛肋肉及來自美國的牛肋肉兩者肉質不相伯仲,而我就覺得美國的牛肋肉稍勝一籌。配菜方面,軟熟粘糯的白飯是好吃的,麵豉湯味道也自然不鹹,沙律開胃,但兩小件牛舌就在水準之下。最後的甜品,雖然只是雲尼拿味的雪米糍,並不特別,久違了的雪米糍仍能讓我感到快慰和滿足。在圓方,在周末,在這間環境不錯的日式燒肉店吃燒肉,兩個人平均消費還不到一百五十元,都算幾抵食。 continue reading
