To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 北京片皮鴨,不一定要跑到北京的! 近近的,在將軍澳區有一間集團經營的,質素不錯 香、酥、脆。。。總括而言的食後感,鴨皮切的薄薄, 與肉的厚薄比例剛剛好!包裹的粉皮也很重要,需要熱熱的,不能太厚或太薄,也很有粉香,沾上超多調味醬,加上爽爽青瓜,令口感不會膩膩!
