To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六晚市6點直入,限時90分鐘。叫咗:1. 片皮鴨半隻- 基本上每枱都叫㗎喇,正常水準2. 孜然羊肋排- 嚟過呢間幾次,今次第一次叫羊肋排,有6條骨,好香孜然味,肉好淋滑少少騷,呢個好食😋3. 炸蟹鉗- 必叫,大大隻松葉蟹鉗,應該係墨魚膠同蝦膠包住,好食😋4. 小籠包- 一籠6隻,皮都夠薄,好食😋如果唔食片皮鴨,其他菜式都唔錯。之前食過帶子龍蝦湯同楊枝甘露雪糕都好食。不過今次太飽,冇叫呢啲。兩個人連加一食咗大約$700😄
