講到吃燒鵝,人人都立即聯想到深井,很多食客都不嫌路途遙遠,就是為了吃一碟新鮮出爐、皮脆肉嫩的燒鵝。來到深井,一眼就看到大大隻燒鵝標誌的深井陳記燒鵝總店,但原來一街之隔還有另一家分店。總店的格局比較傳統,家庭客或商務應酬比較適合;分店則設有室內和室外兩部份,格局比較輕鬆,十分適合大顆朋友暢聚。坐在室外一邊吃燒鵝、一邊喝啤酒,又是另一番風味。-燒鵝($145/例牌)👍👍👍👍👍只能用四個字去形容,就是「皮脆肉嫩」。燒鵝的外皮又薄又脆,帶有薄薄的皮脂,一口咬下去,先是鵝皮的脆和油香,然後是嫩滑多汁的鵝肉,加上酸酸甜甜的酸梅醬,多重味道和口感交織在口內,未吃完這碟已馬上encore 多一碟。-豉油皇鵝腸($98)👍👍👍👍👍豉油皇鵝腸下面舖了一層芽菜,鵝腸上面放了薑絲、芫茜和紅椒絲。鵝腸入囗爽脆,可以吃得出師傅在火喉和時間拿揑得宜,吃的時候把芽菜、薑絲、芫茜一起吃,令味道更添層次。-蜆介鯪魚球($68)👍👍👍👍鯪魚球炸至粒粒金黃色,魚肉彈牙鮮甜,跟蜆介一起吃,鹹香的味道為鲮魚球味道提鮮。當然不點蜆介醬也可以,那麼就可以吃到鯪魚球的原汁原味。-啫啫通菜煲($58)👍👍👍👍啫啫通菜用了瓦煲盛載,上到枱
