今日難得入深井,點都要食個燒鵝先走啦😆大街有好多間燒鵝鋪,午飯時間同朋友隨機揀一間到此一遊啦鋪頭喺商場仔地鋪,保留舊式茶樓裝條風格;環境闊落坐得舒服👍🏼一坐低待應就送上兩碗老火湯🥣🌼燒鵝油雞雙拼飯 ($55)雖然嗌燒味飯,但上碟嘅燒鵝都不失水準,燒鵝皮立立令,皮脆唔油膩;鵝肉唔乾柴唔韌啖啖肉;味道正常唔會偏咸✌🏻✌🏻 記得要蘸埋佢哋自家製嘅酸梅醬!酸甜度適中,每碟酸梅醬都有一粒梅喺入面㗎~小小嘅心思❤️油雞就正常嘅燒味水準👌🏼 🌼 燒鵝叉燒雙拼飯 ($55)超香嘅蜜汁叉燒,肉質都嫩滑唔會燒到乾爭爭,比起油雞我更推薦叉燒😝鋪頭除咗食燒鵝,仲有多款套餐/小炒,價錢都唔貴,下次有機會嗌多人啲嚟再食過😆 continue reading

親愛嘅食友們,今晚我就係嚟到咗一間擁有老字號招牌嘅小店,一入去就撲鼻嘅係烤肉香濃,真係刺激到我哋嘅味蕾👃!先嚟啲前菜,話俾你知,佢哋嘅涼瓜牛肉,肉片嫩滑,涼瓜清脆,真係一食難忘,好難相信平時唔食涼瓜嘅我會愛上佢!主角當然係燒鵝啦,皮脆肉嫩,每一啖都夾帶住啲皮嘅酥香同肉汁嘅鮮美,無話講,就算係一個燒鵝控,都會啖啖稱讚🦆。跟住,我地又試咗小店嘅手打魚蛋,淨係講呢個口感,已經夠哂彈牙,啖啖魚味,每一咬都感覺到佢哋一絲不苟嘅態度。飯後甜品就揀咗個經典豆腐花,滑溜溜嘅口感真係夠曬嘆,呢啲美食經驗就係要即刻同朋友分享嘅!🥄總結,呢間小店,不單止有傳統味,重有平民嘅價錢,下次約埋好朋友,再嚟打個飽仔喇!🤤👌🏼 continue reading

HK$218的例牌燒鵝,小小一碟,完全冇肉 ,厚厚的肥羔下薄薄的一層肉,而且只是脾的下半截。完全不值,任何一間茶餐廳食個燒鵝脾飯HK$100以下都好食過佢。而且茶芥超貴,冇得唔要,唔要照收錢,都要幾十蚊,加個餸HK$135,白飯也要十幾蚊,連加一服務費,埋單要HK$455。簡直劏客。永不回頭。室外多人食煙,煙味流入室內,食飯要送煙放題。附近茶餐廳都好食過佢,如果唔熟,一定會被個招大牌誤導而入去光顧。 continue reading

和另一半閒遊深井,星期六七時多到來也不用等位,有點訝異。兩個人被安排至卡位,裝潢不算新派,也不古舊,有點像停留在約二十年前,簡潔乾淨。燒鵝下庄 $185燒鵝不算太肥,皮脆肉入味,夠二人享用。金銀蛋菜心 $78其他普通小菜索價數十,比想像中便宜。兩個人點多個蔬菜就夠了,菜心超大條又大碟,上面好多肉碎,如果略略切開會更容易進食哈哈。瀨粉吃燒鵝配瀨粉是個情意結,瀨粉滑身,幾口完食。到深井要吃燒鵝可算是一個小小情意結,當普通中菜茶樓光顧價錢合理。 continue reading

一帶有好幾間「陳記」,今次係去小型商場地下右邊有燒味部嗰間。入去係行十幾步,左轉即見舖面正門。預訂咗今次一行8人以上,要分枱,所以俾咗間門口直入、容納8人枱及6人枱嘅房子俾我地。人太多加上天氣爆熱冇咩胃口就變成選擇困難,所以索性揀個8-10位用B餐就算,再另外散叫幾味。燒鵝率先嚟到,勉強幾做微暖。算唔上深井代表作,皮偏靭唔夠香。散叫之一冬瓜盅——料有:蟹柳、帶子、脆肉瓜粒、蓮子、豬肉粒、冬菇、鵝肉粒。上到枱侍應大叔已分好一碗碗,所以將相得番個冬瓜殼。湯味清淡,當例湯飲清熱解暑可以。散叫之二䜴油皇鵝腸,腸用瘦腸易入口,墊底大大堆銀芽,如果想清清哋唔想要䜴椒炒可揀。椒鹽鮮魷拼九肚魚相對其他餸高分低,細細舊易入口,起碼脆漿薄得嚟夠脆。除咗冬瓜盅嚟到熱騰騰外,其餘餸唔知係咪放咗一段時間先上菜,普遍都攤凍哂。整體餸菜落鹽手勢過輕,餸菜比一般菜館淡;房內電視機預設㩒咗睇賽馬,侍應大叔上菜時因利成便停留喺呢間已經冇乜多餘虛位嘅細房睇賽馬,感覺輕度滋擾。 continue reading
