第一次嬲到寫食評、外賣鵝掌北菇煲,成盒係骨頭,餵狗也不吃,外賣盒又熱到熔,成個底已經熱穿,成盒發泡膠味,兩餸飯的質素也比它好,成盒好似豬潲咁,有圖有真相,不知所謂。

我中午去黄埔店lunch,有個厨房長髮中年大叔從厨房走到餐廳食客區來回很多少都不帶口罩,我很有禮貌問他是否没有口罩,我可以给他一個,但是他馬上向我破口大駡!我便問收銀員,她也說最好由食客提出投訴,她們也很無奈此員工不带口罩舉動!希望九記正视!

冬至的下午,週圍塞車,由銅鑼灣揸車到深井,由下午4點半,足足揸咗2個鐘頭車先來到搵朋友一家食飯。唔講唔知,原來陳記己分家有兩間,所以要睇清楚,唔好去錯。4大4小叫了A餐,唔使煩。朋友住深井己多年,同酒樓伙記己熟絡。套餐質素一般,沒有驚喜但也過得去。招牌燒鵝皮薄肉質嫩滑,上枱熱辣辣。其他菜式只是一般,不再逐一介紹。但個價錢係好合理嘅,$1180全包免茶芥加一,夥計亦都招呼周到。幾舒服的一次用餐體驗。

今日老友出動戰車帶我地去深井食燒鵝,作為市區人,真係比較少入去食飯。唔知係咪深井啲鵝特別靚,專門食鵝既飯店都幾十間,以為最出名係陳記,裕記,點知陳記都好幾間。我地就去左最近馬路口嗰間,有免費代泊。三個人,一坐低叫半隻燒鵝同三個白飯先,平時唔點食飯,都為左個燒鵝汁而食。燒鵝皮好脆,鵝味正,同平時普通燒味店叫既係兩個世界。好食。再叫個海鮮孖寶,有聖子,有炒斑腩,燒鵝專門店黎講係合格既。****************評分 : 7.5/10簡評 : 為左燒鵝而黎係值得嘅
