To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友講開想食泰國嘢，即日放工就去九龍城搵食見有人同我招手一於做個有禮貌嘅香港人🤣除咗傳統餐牌之外，依樹都有依家好興既barcode 自助下單用BARCODE自己下單, 減少誤會又可以隨時睇番，一目了然 !打頭陣既係串燒小食，牛舌、雞腎同牛肉個人喜好，吃串燒必定會加埋秘製泰式沙嗲醬同吃，增添風味😄生菜豬肉包炒肉碎微微酸中帶少少辣，再用新鮮生菜包著同吃，爽脆之餘也是超開胃選擇，一邊吃一邊爆汁平時少吃魚既我, 來到泰菜店，反而會主動ORDER燒魚，不知為何覺得好好味，而且只有大骨, 容易食魚皮燒得香脆，輕輕已經可以打開，熱煙也隨之冒出，眼看肉身還很JUICY模樣，生熟度剛好魚肚被塞進大量香葉香茅得，令魚身散發香氣，完全唔覺鯹暖呼呼的魚肉好JUICY，再醮上泰式酸辣汁同吃，更添美味不得不讚魚肚洗得極乾淨，超欣賞咁細心！以往好怕魚肚位置，但今日食得非常好乾淨，完全唔想白費員工嘅心血
