To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去開太子嗰邊行街,聽朋友講開太子有一間酒樓,燒肉非常之出名,攞個米芝蓮,我為朋友好鍾意食燒肉,於是我哋就揀咗呢間酒樓。間酒樓要搭lift上另一層先去到,幾得意,裝修上同普通酒樓差唔多,坐得幾舒服,可以慢慢同朋友傾偈食嘢。上湯波士頓龍蝦 $188 (伊麵底,芝士加$20)波士頓龍蝦份量好大,龍蝦肉嘅份量非常足夠,呢個價錢食到咁大隻龍蝦真係好抵,最正嘅係個醬汁,個芝士醬汁唔會太過濃味,調味啱啱好,撈埋伊麵一齊食仲正。龍蝦肉啖啖肉好正,龍蝦味好足,食得出幾新鮮。揚名國際燒肉 $98 燒肉係呢間酒樓最出名嘅食物啦,所以嚟得呢間酒樓食嘢嘅人都會嗌一份燒肉,燒肉嘅皮燒得鬆脆,燒肉唔會太過鹹,有埋芥末同甜醬一齊食,成個燒肉好好食,撈飯一流。蜜汁叉燒皇 $68/例個燒肉做得咁出色嘅時候,梗係試埋佢其他嘅燒味啦。於是帶咗個叉燒嚟試一試,叉燒嘅蜜糖味好足,做到有少少燶邊嘅感覺,叉燒就比較肥,唔鍾意食咁肥嘅朋友可以嗌返瘦啲嘅叉燒。
