2016-11-11新假期介紹過,所以想去試炸牛扒 西洋菜北街就係呢度入去,轉左 唯一一間日本餐廳,即係無去錯 其他環境 舖頭 餐牌 $38紫蘇汁淮山食落爽口,雖然應該係生嘅,但唔會有粘液 $78 溫泉蛋牛丼原來溫泉蛋配牛肉飯好夾牛肉肯定靚過吉野家好多,醬油唔會太甜漬物係有少少麻油同Wasabi油嘅菇,清清地,開胃味增湯有海帶,唔係好鹹 原來燒牛肉用酒精燈燒 $128 琥酌牛盛原來吉列牛扒夜晚現有,所以侍應話如果想自己燒可以叫呢個靚女介紹醬汁話右上係燒汁、芥末(其實係沙律醬)同柚子檸醋(呢個最清新得來唔會搶牛味)山葵、七味海鹽、柚子胡椒(好似日本先見過有)左邊係A5和牛,右邊係澳洲左邊雪花唔係太均勻,唔知係咪真係A5,但除左油脂,都有少少牛味,同右邊肉味為主有另外一種感覺雖然和牛多油啲,但都係燒澳洲牛先白飯有木魚花,白飯好過上面嘅牛肉飯,因為唔會太林嘅珍珠米+$10要左藍蝶花雪梨,底係雪梨茶,上面有少少蜂蜜味
